An easy course for promoting sites
What do you like best about the product?
Contentful guarantees that amateurs don't need to stress over overseeing and redoing content. It is adaptable. Reproducing the structures has never been an issue with Contentful. It is a cloud-based CMS and has a solid content tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Taking everything into account, it doesn't offer palatable channels. It is costly for presenting functionalities. More updates should be made to meet the contenders. Also, a public guide ought to be broadcast for impending highlights in the deliveries that are to be made. Recommendations:
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Contentful brings to the table a demonstrated connection point that is natural and easy to understand for each client, in any event, for those people who do not have experience with creating sites. Contentful is a powerful, extensible platform that continues to get better
What do you like best about the product?
What I love most about Contentful is how quickly you can prototype a solution and get it production ready.
What do you dislike about the product?
Contentful has a lot of nooks and crannies that need attention and polish. As you get more advanced with the platform and your custom integrations, you will find blockers and sharp edges to things I believe their product managers need to recognize and prioritize.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Operating content platforms at enterprise scale, Contentful has solved our constant waste of resources building custom CMS solutions in our various micro services. Uniting many atomic, independent teams on one content platform is no easy task, but the approachability and flexibility of Contentful has drastically reduced the fatigue for both our engineering teams and our content editing teams.

What do you like best about the product?
the software itself is very functional and user friendly. both customer support and documentation (learning materials etc.) are top notch.
What do you dislike about the product?
it is missing some basic functionality such as superscripts in text editor

Simple and easy to use CMS
What do you like best about the product?
Contentful is super easy to navigate and manage structurally. The blogs and developer docs are so easy to follow and use for build.
The account management and support teams are so helpful in figuring out the issues and helping resolve them quickly and efficiently.

What do you dislike about the product?
The search functionality within COntentful can use some attention and care. It's too broad when it comes to search and, at times makes it difficult to find stuff with exact words.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Contentful is mainly helping us deliver reusable and scalable components, making it less developer dependent and increasing the speed to market for any business outcome.

I love the authoring experience in Contentful; it's very flexible for composing structured content. It's easy to teach the platform when content types follow best practices, and learning it is effortless.

I think that they need to address competitors more directly. Maybe the devs don't love it like before?

They are continually improving the UI and Releases Workflows.

Lets our developers and product teams work seamlessly and efficiently together, which frees both up to do what they do best. Also help integrate our marketing efforts creating alignment across the organization

no issues for us so far, would have to defer to our team leads to give ideas on what they would like to see in terms of new features or functionalities. Anything which creates more alignment and visibility on what each part of the org is doing is good

Aligning engineering, product and marketing teams so don't need to duplicate efforts across organization and everyone knows where and how their pieces fits together
Great Flexibility for D2Cs
What do you like best about the product?
Contentful has unlocked ultimate flexibility for our website, enabling us to fully showcase our products and brand story for our customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cache refresh delay can make things slow for updates.

Combining a Headless set up with Contentful has allowed us to think beyond standard Shopify theme limitations and speeds.

Simple but powerful CMS that empowers our marketing team to load fast, dynamic content across our digital presence.

There isn't much to dislike. Clean UI for users who prefer it, great API for devs.

Simple content management
What do you like best about the product?
The overall user-friendliness is my favorite contentful feature. When I first began using the application, I required very little walk-through during training and find it extremely easy to train new hires.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish updates were reflected sooner. I know it doesn't actually take long. Still, when our company requests report updates, we typically hold an affiliated email until updates are reflected. This scenario is typically an issue when updating pdf attachments. (And really only an issue because we're pestered by team members who do not use contentful as they believe we have not made the requested updates until reflected on their end.)
There are two additional hangups I've encountered:
1. When uploading a large photo asset that I want to resize within Contentful they often time out/glitch using the resize feature and I will resize outside of contentful, then re-upload. This is a minor issue.
2. Strikethroughs are inconsistently displayed, sometimes correctly and sometimes showing the html.

The best thing contentful solved was the ability to stop using an extremely outdated WordPress. We were legitimately counting down the days until we made the switch!
A flexible multi channel content management system
What do you like best about the product?
Something that I like about this tool is that it allows, in an understandable and, above all, reliable way, the possibility of sharing content on any platform without having to activate or integrate other systems. This cloud-based tool has a good alert system, without leaving aside security with its access controls, this being a good multi-channel marketing tool available in several languages
What do you dislike about the product?
My experience with the tool has not had any problems, it has quite sophisticated functions and is aimed at new professionals, this system allows the content scheduling processes to be more precise and more reliable in the times that the professional schedules

What I like the most about this tool is its versatility and the ease it shows from the first time they register; the tool allows you to distribute the contents, it also allows you to create the entries that are required without problems
