I love the language toggle and the ability to preview the changes on the same page I'm making changes
What do you dislike about the product?
I have to copy & paste from QA to Master. It's a huge time suck
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows non developers to publish content. We save time by having some updates owned by other teams/functions

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Contentful is incredibly easy to use for technical and non-technical folks. After integrations, we are able to update our site and run experiments without requiring dev time, so we're faster & more efficient.
It's Awesome Contentful CMS.
What do you like best about the product?
I like Contentful very much to integrate with React. It saves a lot of time to create multiple pages on gatsby js. Rich text rendering with references, fetching data in graphql way, Locales.
What do you dislike about the product?
1. Unable to fetch the field data in graphql, without adding the placeholder in contentful.
2. We can see the last updated user name, but are unable to see what they updated the data.
3. We need the filter like this, Assume after selecting the page type, there is a field contententries. we can add multiple component types in contententries. _Page: Basic -> contententries -> Element: CTA. We need the filter like all the CTA entry available inside the contententries of Basic page.
4. When creating Locales, It is showing more text boxes for each locale. It is a little awkward to see. you can put a filter option to see the particular locale.

1.Rich text references helped so much. Content authors can easily add the different types of content types in rich text. Developers also easily extract the content type and render the component.
2. component created in gatsby js against each contentful content type and re-used the component with different data from contentful

Contentful Review
What do you like best about the product?
API based content modeling, which is application-agnostic allowing to focus on content rather than how it is rendered
What do you dislike about the product?
losing the convenience of WYSIWYG of traditional CMS
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
replacing current headless custom made CMS with contentful which provides out of the box support for modularisation, image CDN, on-the-fly static page generation, etc.
We are using Contentful in our developer Portal.

Intern Experience
What do you like best about the product?
It's very straightforward and easy to navigate. I'm an intern and I have never worked with a content management system before but contentful was easy to pick up within a couple of days.
What do you dislike about the product?
I personally don't know any yet but I've only been working with it for about 8 weeks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My team is organizing content on Contentful so that we can use it as our CMS in the rest of our company.
Flexible and Fully Capable CMS
What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility that Contentful provides was a key benefit for our team. It allowed us to build customized placements in our mobile app without overcomplicating the deployment process. Our marketing team can easily deploy messaging via our CRM/Automation platform to these custom placements throughout our app by simply building the content in Contentful using pre-built templates. It's reduced our team's dependency to secure engineering resources for simple changes or message deployments into the app. Contentful has been a great way to enable multiple teams across our business, from Operations to Care.
What do you dislike about the product?
The content customization options are lacking. The text editor sections only allow you to input text to a field but don't allow you to customize your text (bold/underline/colors/etc.). The customization is built into the template/placement by devs/engineering, which isn't ideal for marketers when we'd like to emphasize or draw attention to one part of your copy. This is where the "flexibility" begins to break down.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem we solved was enabling the marketing and other operational teams to quickly and efficiently deploy messaging into our mobile app with little effort. We've realized the tremendous benefit of freeing up dev and engineering resources to focus on other critical feature rollouts. We're also able to deploy messaging without an app update release which reduces the amount of time needed to complete projects. Having the ability to change and update content on the fly, even after deployment, has been beneficial—errors and mistakes are resolved at a much faster pace than before.

Convinced user
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy and simple the tool is for implementation but also changes.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be very manual especially when you need to every time you make a change ensure all the other steps are also published again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We managed to reduce our dependency in the tech team on the small changes and build landing pages way more efficiently.
