Great for monthly updates!
What do you like best about the product?
very easy for me to carry out monthly updates!
What do you dislike about the product?
Can get lost if updating is needed for an unfamiliar page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Content/visual updates.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to edit pages pretty easily and adding new sections to our pages

I think we could have had access to a better training session on how to use the platform

being able to update our pages XDPs ourselves without relying on too much back end and front end coding support

What do you like best about the product?
Maintaining all the things in the cloud.SAP offering. Best support through slack.
What do you dislike about the product?
Migrating the environments. Not provided that much privilege on updating the RichText editor.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy to manage and edit the contents throughout the website.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Currently, Contentful is evolving, Providing & Conducting a lot of sessions and study centers to acquire knowledge to get started. So it's not hard to dive in.

What do you like best about the product?
I believe Contentful provides a dynamic way of collaborating and creating amongst different needs & stakeholders. It's a friendly reminder that you can get things done and all involved-parts will know about it. From a project management standpoint, it's a time saver:)
What do you dislike about the product?
At this point, no dislikes. Contentful is heading to a great direction.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are migrating lots of content and repurposing those directly in Contentful. It's a more robust solution and with a clean vision.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Contentful is that the UX is clean, and most aspects of Contentful are easy to learn and use.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Contentful is that due to the high volume of users, it can be slower at times, and it can also be challenging to customize certain things.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems I am solving with Contentful are work-related, and the benefits are great.
Intuitive and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Contentful's UX is well designed, making it easy to learn and to teach and very intuitive for most purposes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Permissions need to be carefully managed to avoid confusion but once there's a clear process in place internally to do so, this isn't an issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Building landing pages is easier than ever and empowers multiple teams to be involved instead of loading the work onto one.
It's fairly straightforward to navigate and use.
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it's very user-friendly - I can easily implement changes and work with the product team to make any additional adjustments. It's easier to navigate than our current platform and doesn't crash like our current one does.
What do you dislike about the product?
It seems like the search capability could be better. If a piece of content has the same name but is made by different cities, I can't see which one goes to which city. I have to go through a lot of steps to find what I'm looking for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are trying to publish content and curation more seamlessly. The user-friendly capabilities have already benefitted us when curating the site.

What do you like best about the product?
The Contentful interface is extremely easy to pick up, which makes onboarding and empowering new content creators simple and quick.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be difficult to track down older pieces of content with the search feature within Contentful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Contenful makes content redirects and previews simple and efficient.
Simple - but too simple?
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy how simplistic Contentful is but I often find that it has a lot of limitations. With little variety to customize things out of the "modules", you don't have a lot of creativity with the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the module feature as you can't be very creative with it. Additionally, there should be a more simplistic way of duplicating page elements and replacing them instead of having to entirely re-add things.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With contentful, I'm solving the problems of creating an easy to use workflow for creating unique and creative web pages. The platform has the capabilities to do so.
