Good, flexible headless CMS with a reasonable APIs and tooling
What do you like best about the product?
Data models-as-code, edge-cached, content served relatively fast
What do you dislike about the product?
UI feels slow, need more powerful API endpoints and SDKs, easy to get it into a broken state
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Off-the-shelf CMS rather than building our own out - serving data to our frontend and allowing business users to fill in data in a user-friendly, validated manner

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was managing all the contents in the cloud. Build faster. Handle SEO. Manage assets without worrying about the underlying storage. Use deployment slots.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Based on your company requirements, you can use whichever headless CMS you want. If you're looking for a combination with Gatsby, then I would suggest trying Contentful.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like the most thing here is the content management in the cloud. It makes life easier by not starting any app to update content. We can do this in the web itself
What do you dislike about the product?
Contentful is still evolving, example u cant add your own typography in contentful rich text editor. You can only use the elements they have provided. Its actually a drawback
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing the content with localization. Less time to update the content.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If your good with gatsby , u can start using contentful, but make sure you are following the best practices otherwise u can face challenges in the build time

Poor filtering in search bar. Environment merging, Improper image format selection, Not upgradable rich text editor

Managing the contents in the cloud makes less work on the coding side. As well as asset management. Provides marketing team more flexible by localization support.

It's intuitive and easy to use. I like also being able to see the final version in preview.

I would like if the time and date would update automatically.

It helps me publish articles and update it when needed.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the bulk edit tool. When doing major migrations it made things faster and easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when you migrate from one system into Contentful there were duplicate slugs that had to be fixed manually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We move our content from an inadequate ad hoc system to a system we could easily use interdepartmentally in the company. Increasing productivity since we launched.
