Simple to use
What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility of creating different models for specific content sections and linking accordingly to content requirements
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great if it is possible to duplicate content over different environments without the need to re-create finalised content in a staging environment
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Contentful has helped in managing content publishing on the app, and scheduling of content provides different timezone
Clean user-friendly interface
What do you like best about the product?
Super clean and fast interface. Easy to build content types and content models. Fantastic community/free plan that helps get started.
What do you dislike about the product?
some internal search capabilities are a little clunky

Headless cms which allows easy content editing and addition, super fast website and improvements in Core VItals and Google rankings
Reliable headless CMS
What do you like best about the product?
The content models and UI are intuitive and easy to figure out
What do you dislike about the product?
No dedicated non-product spaces (staging, etc)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Contentful allows for us to have flexible models and nested models of content so we can spin up new content pages fast and without engineering support
Solid and robust CMS
What do you like best about the product?
Content model editing. Able to re-use content models is very useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Difficult to get previews to work properly. Cap on number of content models can be frustrating.

Solid and robust CMS with an easily understandable GUI.

the design of the website is somehow not user friendly

content could be edited from a single source, saving a lot of time
Fast site but difficult to authir

The performance of it is nice and quick and our devs like the simplicity of building out modules

As an author on the marketing side, I find the nested content structures difficult to navigate

We were on wordpress before and this is MUCH better in terms of speed and performance
Pretty solid product
What do you like best about the product?
Customization. You can create your own custom models and attributes. It will pretty much meet all your requirements out of the box.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice if there was a powerful WYSWYG editor that could be enabled by default/
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We moved away from shopify and contentful helped us with all what's related to our content (pages / posts / pdps).

What do you like best about the product?
Getting custom content on our front-end. Pretty robust feature set.
What do you dislike about the product?
Developer required. Extensive knowledge needed to build out initially.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allos us to add tons of custom templated content to our front-end. Saves editing time.
Solid platform!
What do you like best about the product?
It has an intuitive user interface, quite possibly the easiest to use I have seen from a headless CMS. Engineers that are new to it seem to take to it quickly because of the comprehensive documentation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing is a bit high at the lowest non-free tier, especially for early stage companies that want the robustness of the platform but can't afford several hundred dollars per month.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives us a flexible place to manage a diverse array of content - and easy ways of tagging, classifying, and cataloging it. It saves a lot of time when making changes on-the-fly.

What do you like best about the product?
Contentful looks good and is simple to use. Our team can build content and drafts and manage our work effectively. There are good features that make it easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Contentful is a bit simple and there could be more custom features for content building. Image formatting could be better and the option to add in-body elements could be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Contentful works as a CMS for our team and we use it to build content collaboratively. It is easy to train and understand. The software looks good and is competent.
