The UI in zuora is easy for new users and very good features

Need to be more configurable customizable

Legacy business migration and its central sandbox gives a chance to work with production type environment
Expensive but comprehensive
What do you like best about the product?
Simplifies complex budgeting. Easy to keep track of subscriptions and customer transactional data. Integrates really well with Salesforce CRM data.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limited capacity for one off or single paying customers. Zuora is very overpriced if your pricing model is simple.

Accounting team can work faster with the sales team.

If your licensing is complex, zuora is a really good idea

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of being able to utilize this product is truly the best thing about it. I like how it lets you manage the opportunity and see where the deal stands. It measures the financial impact and gives a look at the overall business. It works great for when you are testing out pricing plans and don't know what the effect will be. It is a solution that helps upscale the entire business and great customer service when you need it. It workes great when we had changes to billing frequences and wanted to create a usage model to see how it is supported with this product.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that only certain representatives know how to utilize this product. It could be more user-friendly to anyone that is wanting insights on where the account is. If you can ensure training is available for everyone in the department regardless of whether they use it daily or not. It will help with everyone knowing how to read the dashboard and what they are looking for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are currently utilizing this to close new deals and have everything in one place regarding our opportunities. It allows us to make changes quickly. It helps with all of the ecosystem. From the first initial sale to creating change orders, to making changes in the system, to creating invoices, to collecting payments. It is a one stop shop essenitailly.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It allows you to have a complete look at new business deals, upsells, renewals, and anything that the company is measuring. It's all one system and helps with managing revenue for the business. It syncs all of the accounts and procut catelog. It gives you complete subsriber visability and allows flexibility in pricing with line items. Track and mange every change throughout the subscription lifecycle. Plus let the customer pay their bills any way that they want.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to tie into Salesforce and allow users to work directly through Salesforce to create Zuora quotes.
What do you dislike about the product?
It was difficult to pull fields from Zuora objects into Salesforce objects. We want it all in one place and there were some manual steps needed to be taken in order to get all of the date on one object.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing for a smoother relationship between our products and quotes and the ability to send them to prospects. Benefit is that its an easy process to use.

What do you like best about the product?
System worked well but required data integration for full process flow.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing Model - Pricing was based on invoice value - made it not a proper model for moving the majority onto the platform.

We were able to do our Subscription billing well.
Great for growing companies who look to manage their recurring subscription

A good tool for recurring subscription management . Zuora manages revenue recognition per ASC and gives you the journal entry end ofo the month, thus eliminating manual work.
What do you dislike about the product?
Running reports is not easy. It will require some effort to understand how to build different reports that you need. It would be great if they had video tutorials.

I like that its organized and easy to use

I think that it lacks scalability and having to source out multiple items
