CyberSource + Zuora
What do you like best about the product?
The integration between CyberSource and Zuora is fantastic! I also love the CyberSource Account Updater Service with Zuora.
What do you dislike about the product?
The integration from Zuora and CyberSource's Decision Manager. Once they complete this integration its going to be amazing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Zuora is a dream!
What do you like best about the product?
We'll be switching our largest business model over to Zuora completely by end of year. We're confident that its adaptability and functionality will be integral to our success as well as the success of our customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. Keep up the great work Zuora team!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used to have an internally built system but realized that we don't have the adaptability and add ons needed to scale.
Great New Invoicing Platform
What do you like best about the product?
The easy ability to change pricing and subscriptions by the click of a single button. I also like the syncing capability between Salesforce and Zuora making it very seamless. The ability to be able to pull up multiple reports from data pulled in is also great.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that at some points of the software there are too many options. It can be a little overwhelming at times unless you really familarize yourself with the software and all of the options available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently, alot of our invoicing is very manual so moving to Zuora we were able to automate alot of the tedious processes in regards to end of month invoicing. This saves alot of time as our customers are able to get their invoices in a timely fashion.

We are just implementing right now, but am looking forward to using it. But, from what I have seen so far from test runs, looks good.

Taking awhile to implement but it is due to our complex use cases,. So, I understand why

We are currently invoicing using excel worksheet... Zuora will help to get rid of my very big, very complex excel worksheet.
Good for SaaS only buisness

Automated billing, invoice colection.. Probably pretty simple out of the box.

Data sructure is poor, reporting is tough, not ment for hardware business. Have to buy a lot of extras to make it customizable.

Good product got better with Invoice Settlement
What do you like best about the product?
The Workflow (Collections) add-on has helped with collections automation, allowing our specialists to spend more time interfacing with customers and solving their issues and less time composing and sending emails. The recent addition of Invoice Settlement has provided exceptional flexibility when processing transactions; credit memos, debit memos and unapplied payments are a huge step in the right direction.
What do you dislike about the product?
Making changes to subscriptions is cumbersome because we sell subscriptions as well as physical products, but we are adding CPQ to help facilitate the process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collections automation. Batch processing of back-end accounting transactions. Account clean-up post-cancellation.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you have a simple and basic pricing plan for your subscriptions, you will have little problem implementing. Added complexity brings added difficulty, but Invoice Settlement can help with transactional accounting.
Zuora Rocks
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use has to be the best part of zuora. It's very easy to navigate and user friendly for new users.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zuora Collect functions needs improvement to work as a true collections tool

great for subscription billing lacks integration - not enterprise ready

vspsbiliy to define subscription, terms, rate plan and co-terming , pro rating capabilities
What do you dislike about the product?
doesn't provide platform agnostic integrations, we don't have sfdc and its difficilt to integrate quoting system to zuora
