Great Product

What do you like best about the product?
Really appreciate the efficiencies Zuora offers. As a team that touches billing and accounting, we're huge fans of Zuora billing and are in the process of implementing Zuora Rev Pro. There are some features that are missing, but Zuora does a good job keeping its customers informed on what's in the pipeline and what they're working on improving.
What do you dislike about the product?
The support process could be a little more seamless - I find it difficult sometimes to get insightful responses about issues I'm having with the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mass subscription billing/ revenue recognition/ ASC 606.

Great Platform for AR and Billing

What do you like best about the product?
I like how accurate and automatic the proration function is when it comes to subscription billing. I know that when the desired dates are in place my bill will be generated accurately.
What do you dislike about the product?
The payment rules can be restrictive if payments if payment was applied incorrectly and cannot be easily moved if needed. Many of the cash application is done manually and amendments must be made .
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Subscription billing for multiple business lines within our org.

What do you like best about the product?
Enables subscription businesses in a way conventional ERP can't. Facilitates engagement with customers (b2b or b2c) and gives opportunities for your products or services to really shine.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm hoping that with the next few years we get some maturity in the product. The new Orders function showcases some of that maturity already. Looking forward to that sort of engineering in the future of the Zuora product as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Usage based billing.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take your time in adding your product catalog. You may need to rethink exactly how the products and product hierarchy are defined.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it has a nice and clean user interface. Lots of reps have been complimenting on how easy it is to navigate and self explanatory.
What do you dislike about the product?
There was no ability to make/change multiple quotes at a time. I also disliked that Zuora did not use the latest SFDC contact release where you're able to associate a single contact to multiple accounts causing duplicate contacts to be created if the single contact owned multiple businesses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy cross selling and bundling.

Currently using RevPro 3.0 & impressed with the recast capabilities & the inbuilt algorithms

Zuora Prof Services is pricey & the bill adds up as we span over several quarters

Explore more option to integrate zquote with other CRM. Did not get positive response
