I kie that MRR forces you to think about growing the realtionship based on creating value as opposed to discounts

steep learning curve, reporting requires a lot of vlookups in excel to get what is sometimes needed

Managa subscriptions, making multple changes at once - changing terms and conditions, upsell , adding /removing prodcts

What do you like best about the product?
Multi-product support, tiered pricing, ramping, bundling, and revenue processing. Usage tracking, reporting, Zuora IBM connect, and document generation. We like Zuora for better integration with our CRM. The community and training is the cherry on top.

Create multiple accounts in the CRM system to support the billing account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Many changes in subscription over time are supported by Zuora. You can track, forecast, store usage, and report on the usage to notify users for upsell.

If you are a subscription business, you should use Zuora to track your business.

Feature and functionality... taxation was a breeze, and I also like the fact that their SE team guided me through the product.

There isn't much to dislike, but I would say an area of improvement is definitely in laying out a more clear roadmap of what features will be solidly offering in the next six months.
