What do you like best about the product?
Customer support , easy to use USER INTERFACE
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a thing . As a developer if I don't have to start and stop every time I make changes to hooks or operators that would be amazing
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ETL bring in data from 20+ sources to have a centralized data warehouse for reporting using tableau.

Using Astronomer to power our data platform

What do you like best about the product?
Astronomer has greatly simplified the process of setting up and managing our Airflow environments, and the help we've received from support has been top notch. Especially helpful in the setup process!
What do you dislike about the product?
Greater transparency around the hosted version might have persuaded us to that instead of running it on our own EKS cluster, although there's arguably long-term gains to be made in doing so anyway.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're using it to orchestrate data loads into a Snowflake instance, and are looking at it for ML workload orchestration too. Our data pipelines are much easier to build and maintain now.

What do you like best about the product?
The UI, it is user-friendly, and you find everything you need to deploy new instances of the astronomer.
What do you dislike about the product?
the dependency on AWS, I would like to deploy the same solution on other clouds like GCP or Azure
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are ingesting data from S3 buckets into Bigquery, and with some DAGs, we are doing some transformations to the data and also ingesting it to BQ.

Awesome Airflow solution for small team

What do you like best about the product?
- The ease of managing the Airflow instance via the Astronomer UI (scaling up the instance, seeing health metrics, etc)
- Support is super responsive and helpful!
- Very reasonable and easy to understand usage-based pricing model
What do you dislike about the product?
This is a pretty low-level complaint, but it would be nice if the community was a bit more active to share learnings across different companies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a single-person data engineering team, Astronomer is a crucial part of our tech stack. Using Astronomer I can set up bespoke pipelines to ingest and upsert data as needed, without needing any sort of DevOps or in-depth security training.
