Remote Support gets the job done when needed
What do you like best about the product?
I can use it to remote support both Windows and Mac devices.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Remote Support is laggy. Also, it isn't exactly user friendly the first time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us connect with our remote users and solve their problems without being in person. Sometimes going through issues on Bomgar is the easiest solution when a user is having issues.

One of the best remote support tools I have used
What do you like best about the product?
BeyondTrust remote support is easy to use but still offers various valuable options.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot say there is too much that I dislike about BeyondTrust remote support. Maybe the way SAML accounts are handled, where they do not show up in the admin until the first time they are logged in might be something.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BeyondTrust remote support resolves the issue of how to connect to company computers, whether on or off the network. This is an excellent benefit because it allows access to computers that may be having issues connecting to the VPN but still have internet access.
Solid tools for remote support, but lacking customization.
What do you like best about the product?
A robust remote support tool with top notch security.
What do you dislike about the product?
Support from BeyondTrust has significantly declined and the company has not provided the level of customization required for our business. They lack professional services for reporting and website portal building. The out of box reporting is very limited and requires additional internal resources to build something for basic dashboard reporting like speed of answer and average handle time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The last couple of years has not provided any significant updates to the product that would benefit us. Things like chat translation that come standard in other products. The mobile device support is clunky and difficult to use.

The BeyondTrust Remote Support allows us to help our customer base easily and confidently.
What do you dislike about the product?
It does not support Google Chrome Books at all.

Being able to connect to different OS types which allows full support of our clients.
A great remote tool for all environments
What do you like best about the product?
I am writing this review as a customer/user of BeyondTrust Remote Support and I absolutely love this product! I have used it in the local government sector and currently in education. Being able to transfer files without interrupting end users and being able to easily remote into devices with a click of a button makes taking care of tech related issues very easy. I also like the ability to create different categories for each site to keep organization of devices easy to find. Bomgar is a great product that everyone should use!
What do you dislike about the product?
With BeyondTrust Remote Support there isn't anything that I can really think of that I dislike about the product. Every product can have improvements but at this time I cannot think of anything.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bomgar is helping us solve day to day problems our end users experience. Even if we need to go on site to fix a problem if it cant be handled remotely, it gives a clear picture as to what our user's problems are and gives us a starting point to solve the issue.

What do you like best about the product?
It has excellent support for almost any mobile device. We can customize the integration into our in-house systems. Unattended access is also a great feature that we use all the time. The cost is excellent! No issues with users being able to access and use the product. They offer in-person and online training as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
The support for IOS is not as robust as other platforms. I wish the chat options and the screen share had more features. We have noticed that the resource files are usually huge. The mobile app could use some work. If we could swap the screen sharing within a session, that could be very helpful in some cases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helped us improve Improve customer relations/service. It also helped with Cost management. We needed an excellent fluid solution to remote to our end users and customers.
Remote software with more than expected features
What do you like best about the product?
The service has several expected features for remote software and more than a few that hide behind their menus. While the interface design could be better, the number of options for connecting and controlling a user's device are numerous.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their user interface is sorely lacking and has many buttons that lead to the same place, if they had a cleaner more modern design they would be able to seem less complicated, because the software is quite simple to use once you understand it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Remoting desktop controlling for users across hundreds of miles, and solving their technical problems that arise without having to be there physically. Many problems are solvable in minutes instead of hours.

This is easy to use and has good feature with more exploring options with the best part being that it will connect automatically after a reboot as well. T

Management of anything in bulk is not possible.

BeyondTrust Remote Support offers pre-build integrations for the leading service desk, CRM, and systems management solutions. Additionally, custom integration capabilities allow you to fold Remote Support into in-house systems.
BeyondTrust Remote Support is the best in the business
What do you like best about the product?
BeyondTrust Remote Support is easy to use. Streamlined and fast it allows employees and users to communicate with each other through a small chat window and lets you transfer files, pin groups, and has more functionality then other remote support.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user interface can be a bit of learning curve, but besides that there is not much to complain about Beyond Trust Remote Support. One other thing I dislike is the lack of night time mode.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BeyondTrust Remote Support allows me to connect to employees desktops remotely and help them with their issues. Also allows me to connect to servers remotely apply updates, fix issues, and more.

What do you like best about the product?
This allows me to securely remote my client. The client can also provide feedback on the remote session experience after. I can also share the remote session with my colleagues. I can also do the remote session as well. Collaboration with BeyondTrust Remote Bomgar is easy
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike about BeyondTrust Remote Support (Bomgar) is that it takes about 5 minutes before connecting to the client as they require multiple authorizations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solved the issue in my remote session whichh allows me better perform my role an Application Support analyst
