What do you like best about the product?
We really appreciate the level of customization available and have been really pleased with the customer service from every team member.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great to have more access to some of the customization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Agent education. We really want to teach our agents to fish, so having easy and user-friendly education is key!

Northpass has opened up online trackable training for our employees

What do you like best about the product?
That it integrates with BambooHR seamlessly.
What do you dislike about the product?
That you cannot upload questions from outside sources, typing can be a pain
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our employees are in the field, and our industry requires a lot of training. Northpass has allowed us to do the online training for orientations, required weekly safety training, as well as a multitude of other training that they usually would not have access to or they would have to complete on paper. Then tracking through Bamboo makes it easier to ensure it is complete. It is seamless, and they do not know they are using Northpass.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend Northpass as a BambooHR user. I do not know if there is a better LMS platform out there, but the Bamboo integration makes it the best choice for us.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Northpass comes out with regular updates, and I have seen it regularly improve on small and large scale aspects. This says to me that the potential here is limitless.

Something I greatly appreciate is that Brian (who I believe is assigned to my account) has been very helpful in helping me find solutions. He even connected me with a member from product management (I believe?) to help go over a new feature to try navigating through some particular issues I was facing with my product and how we might be able to maximize my usage.

Very much appreciative of their effort and time to make sure that I have the solutions I need to make my product work.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are aspects with data analysis that leaves me wanting, but I know that they are rolling out changes soon, so it will be exciting to see how this transforms and what new features might impact this in a strong and positive way.

One aspect that I hope gets addressed is that sometimes the milestones feature can cause glitches, and I end up needing to manual unstuck a learner when they notify me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We provide training to clients. Overall, Northpass is clean, simple and intuitive for the learner, even for learners who are older and not as tech savvy.

Skilljar provides just about everything you need to get coursework to your customers.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that the platform is focused on a single goal which is to provide learning materials in a structured way to customers. If your use case is built around delivering courses to a customer base, you're going to have everything you need.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like to see more design options for the homepage and other course landing pages. Adding different themes or templates to build off would really help with customizing the look and feel.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're able to deliver our course materials to thousands of end-users through a streamlined publishing process. We can host all of our learning materials, quickly update them, and easily surface them to our customers.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I'd recommend pulling in a team member with good design skills to help elevate the look and feel of the site or to work directly with Skilljar's professional team to help with this process.

Great Training Platform

What do you like best about the product?
I like the way I can add people and send them invites for training.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not really sure there is anything I dislike about it at this point.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting training taken care of with employees. In the past, we use to do all our training on paper, and now it is so much simpler and easier to track.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to customize just about any part of the platform. It does require development expertise, but we can customize the product to our taste.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how un-intuitive to use. Publishing courses can be confusing, domain setup can be confusing, learning paths are limited (they're not really paths as much as they are blocks of courses). It's just not an intuitive interface.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Education for our customers. Our customers actively engage with the content on our Academy.

What do you like best about the product?
The sales process was top-notch. Suen was a great guide in understanding our needs, and showcasing why Skilljar was second to none. Out of all the LMS platforms we reviewed, Skilljar was the best in look and feel and user experience. The integrations (eg; Credly) and the flexibility to customize are also great.
What do you dislike about the product?
We've run into some issues in how much we can customize, which has required a decent amount of custom development on our side and lead to conversations about potential SOW projects from Skilljar. Also, we're missing the flexibility to offer live / hybrid learning models without workarounds.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest solve is our ability to scale the learning programs. Benefits also include the ability to track and get insights into how users are progressing through the learning programs.

What do you like best about the product?
In the administration area, there are easy to use reports to show how many learners have taken each course. There are filters that help narrow down the results so you can quickly determine which customers are going through the courses.
What do you dislike about the product?
My colleagues who have been using the product for much longer than I have do grumble about a few things, but I haven't found any roadblocks for what I need to do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a way to present certification courses to selected clients and partners; we also wanted to provide "how to" courses to our customers. We are able to do both of those things.

Don't always have the time or resources to implement and utilize all the features available.

Remote learning, on-boarding and training of providers.

Dive deep into the tool to get the most out of it. Learn all about it. Implement it correctly from the get-go.
