Northpass is a great platform for our learners to go through their Modules and for us to operate.
What do you like best about the product?
How easy to manage our users and see their progress.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. It's simple, quick and efficient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Fewer videos complaints from Learners. Easy to be managed
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend it for sure! You'll not regret it! It's easy, simple, and efficient.
Northpass is a great LMS! Highly recommended.
What do you like best about the product?
Northpass makes my life as a Client Success Manager immeasurably better. Being able to redirect my client end-users to our companies LMS (hosted by Northpass) saves me hours in training which I would otherwise have to host/run directly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside to Northpass has to do more with how our organization provides end-users with access to our academy. I wish I could just link to a Course or Learning Path directly, however, our organization requires users to log into their portal (our companies software) in order to access our Northpass Academy. It's really not a huge blocker, and the issue is worth the measures we've put into place for secure access.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Northpass is providing our company with a streamlined and easy-to-use LMS, giving time back to our Client Facing IC's (Support Team, Implementation Team, Client Success Team, etc.)
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you need a Learning Management System that checks all the boxes, Northpass is for you.

I appreciate the ease of use on this platform, simple navigation between all features

That when a course is reset we lose all data of people who had previuolsy completed
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Virtual training and monitoring for PT staff. Very easy for staff to access and complete. Simple reporting to help us track progress.
Not for Corporate LMS
What do you like best about the product?
Good customer service and instant updates to data and courses on the back end.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very limited in reporting customizabity. Reports do not always reflect the most recent data.

We have realized the benefits of a strong reporting system.
Ease of access to training via Northpass
What do you like best about the product?
The landing page is simple. My team can easily identify any pending or incomplete courses. The convenience for my employees of being able to pick up from the point in a course where they had to stop. This cuts down on time to complete because they do not have to click through a bunch of pages to find where they left off.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be helpful in the quizzes, if a question was answered incorrectly, there was a link that allowed the employee to go directly to the page where the topic was covered. This way, they could review the material immediately and focus on the subject that needed further training.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Northpass to help train employees working remotly.
Cloud-based Learning Platform for Rapid-creation and Professionally-developed Learning Programs!
What do you like best about the product?
We have used Northpass LMS for over the last two years and are a happy customer! It provides us with a simple, easy-to-use learning management solution and toolset that allows our team to execute rapid-creation and professionally developed learning programs!
The Northpass help center has been very useful and we have always received excellent support and assistance from the Customer Success and Support Team. When reaching out to the Northpass support team, their responses are timely and provide the information we typically need to enhance our programs or resove our issues. Furthermore, because the solution is cloud-based - we have reduced our costs overall for the roll-out of an essential LMS for our business.

What do you dislike about the product?
Some areas of improvement can be within the learner and content creation dashboard, allowing for more organization of content user checklist and tracking, and multiple organization hierarchial views. Northpass may be a bit limited in the way we've handled some of course creation and execution of the training progreams (across and with access for multiple organizations) - may require some ongoing feature development but they added to the roadmaps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Northpass solves our core business benefit of leveraging a lower cost yet high-quality LMS solution, with good flexibility to build training programs we need for our customers and partners.
Skilljar Customer Education Platform is a great tool
What do you like best about the product?
What I enjoy the most about Skilljar Customer Education Platform is that there is a wealth of tools, applications and features on this platform. It's helped transform my business and how i work with my peers, what a completely fantastic place to learn and to grow
What do you dislike about the product?
What I do not enjoy the most about Skilljar Customer Education Platform is that there's sometimes UI / interface issues that make decision-making complicated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Skilljar Customer Education Platform is the platform that allows me and my team to create quick, efficient, solution oriented content for client servicing and all of our agency needs.

sifting through certain applicants to see if they should be on our platform or if they shouldn't.

What do you like best about the product?
Northpass Customer Service has been amazing. We have a designated Account specialist and Support team walk me through the features whenever I was stuck. I really appreciate Paula Naba and Kait Groezinger for their support. They are always available to meet with and answer questions. Our team has been using Northpass for over two years now and I'm really impressed with all their feature updates. I must say that the team is really open to building features that add immense value to the customer.
What do you dislike about the product?
The quizzes, assignments feel overwhelming to me. We're using another tool for this. I also find it difficult to re-send activation links to learners. There's an option to resend the invitation but there's no way I can copy that link and send it to my learner.

Excellent online learning platform
What do you like best about the product?
From the first meeting with SkillJar, we have had an excellent experience. The software was exactly what we needed, easy to set up, and best of all easy to integrate our SSO to ensure a seamless experience for our users. We are one year into our relationship with SkillJar and I can say that our CMS Alexis has been incredibly helpful and well prepared every time we met. For a small company, we feel like we have had an enterprise experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some limits in permissions for access for our customers, however this is specific thing that relates to our business model.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using SkillJar to help train our users. We can train more user according to their schedules.
