What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing prominent. it has all the features and modules to deal with almost all aspects of every business model.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Process automation, vendor management, decision making are the key problems that SAP S/4HANA solved. Key benefits include efficient resource utilization, cost optimization, tasks automation etc.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend SAP S/4HANA on basis of my experience; a better choice for medium to large scale businesses.

Should have more standard reports. Transformation from R/3 is not so easy.

It is very fast and very good for analytics.

I am B4 Hana consultant and loved working in s/4. Also embedded system is very powerful as every thing we are getting in same system and also live data in reports is getting reflected.
What do you dislike about the product?
Updating mass master is still a problem . Cannot do Bdc For that
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not yet as such its been good every time .I use analytics . Building mofels and reports are quit flexible here

The reports do work. It makes it easy to view the document. I really like how it easy to change the document to work best with me

Organize all the reports. It really had to find some of our reports. Not user friendly

Ease of use, ACDOCA universal table gets the extract and loading work simple for FI consultants and BP master concept makes it unique

Many functions has been obselete from the old system, users find it hard to adapt

BP master has solved a lot of problems by making it as a single master for all employees, customer and vendors
having three plus years of sap basis hana and s4hana experience.
What do you like best about the product?
SAP S/4 HANA takes advantages of HANA's multi tenancy feature, with this option we can run ECC and CRM or any other satellite system on one box. A typical ECC - CRM data transfer accounts for 60% of overall system load, with this multi tenancy option this data transfer load will go away.SAP removed the redundant tables required for aggregates and indices. This leads us to fewer table to work upon, that means less table locks, less data to manipulate and better performance
What do you dislike about the product?
SAP HANA is only compatible to and thus will run only on SAP or SUSE Linux certified hardware. It creates an issue for all the users who want to run it on any other kind of hardware as prices of licensing are very high Limited hardware compatibility makes wanting to use SAP HANA a costly investment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As old ERP ECC server support from sap will not be available by 2025 .so everybody has to migrate from sap ERP to s4hana as a technical sap technical consultant helping the companies to migrate to s4hana smoothly.

What do you like best about the product?
S/4HANA has made the day to day operations very efficient. It helps in the centralisation of hardware while acting as a hub for network resources. All of this significantly helps in simplifying business processes while making the process significantly more efficient! S4 HANA offers greatly improved performance, which means planning, analysis and execution can be achieved in a shorter timeframe than earlier.
What do you dislike about the product?
The licensing cost for the product is high. Also, implementing SAP S/4HANA would almost seem like implementing a new ERP system altogether, and this can be a very tedious process for understaffed companies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since we planned to move our business to cloud, SAP S/4HANA has been immensely helpful as it offers very easy transition to cloud from existing solutions. Not only this, but It also offers quick and efficient ways for better integration and also simplified methods for managing data in the cloud.

SAP S/4 HANA is a really well made solution to existing problems with ERP systems. For companies that are looking for long term cost benefits and savings, S/4 HANA is a product that must be considered as it simplifies business processes significantly while integrating with other SAP ERP solutions seamlessly.

There’s nothing really to dislike as this version simplifies financial details and transactions.

What do you like best about the product?
In SAP S4 HANA, you can have up to a maximum of 10 currencies, 8 of which are freely definable. You can set the freely definable currencies to real-time and not real-time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only standard currencies are inly available for material, asset, and controlling currencies. The freely-definable currencies will only appear in ACDOCA table.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Price differences (variances) can now be splitted per GL account using the S4 functionality. This means that you can breakdown the transactions per variance categories.
