Inbuilt migration tool that helps you migrate your legacy data in a easy and consistent manner (1909 has much more objects compared to its previous versions)

SAP hana CDS view - helps you expose data by exposing your CDS as a service

The performance with huge number of data especially with reporting has been a great benefit with S/4

The best thing that differ s/4 HANA from ecc is its user friendly functions and cloud storage.

To be honest I didn't find anything to dislike

The most important benefit of using HANA is you can use multiple additional functionality that was missing in ECC

I haven't worked for a company that uses the system yet.

What do you like best about the product?

SAP S/4 HANA has addressed all the limitation of ECS or previous version of SAP ERP. For the enterprise market it is for me one of the top solution for your ever growing business needs used by major corporation in the country because of the long-time coverage in the 90s.

What do you dislike about the product?

It is very expensive and may not be applicable for the SMB market. Although SAP has a water down version it is not scalable to the S/4 HANA. It would be a waste of your investment.

Implementation services is extremely pricey and some partners who implements it sometimes are not successful. There are companies that are still have problem integrating it in their business. SAP licenses are so highly priced and has a lot of limitation.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Those clients who are still in their ageing ECS version are surprised to realize that it is not an upgrade to S/4 HANA from ECS but a full system conversion. It is like buying a new solution. Benefit with S/4 HANA is that the new technology makes it easier for companies to expand their business and much faster.

Look at other solutions available like INFOR, Oracle Netsuite, Microsoft Dynamics 365, etc.

Its interface. And the most important things i like was its phrocessing among different modules.

You have to fill every column or box in order to save entey other wise system will not allow you to save entry

It processed data more efficiently and quickly specially when you need to search account.

As mentioned earlier software will not allow you to save entry without fiing all columns which are unnecessary

- SAP S/4 Hana helps you to analyze the data in real time. It helps you to extract reports, purchasing and selling much faster. With SAP Fiori, reports are really interactive. You can interact from on-premise and cloud.

- In-memory performance.

- Good traceability of materials.

- Increased performances, especially for programs and processed optimized for SAP HANA.

- Accuracy

- Connectivity with SAP and non-SAP systems - helped to get all data under one umbrella for consolidated reporting.

- High availability and disaster recovery are particularly good due to the replication technology of SAP HANA.

What do you dislike about the product?

- Should have more standard reports and better user experience.

- Some additional functionality should be available to manage security. Even though the current security is good, but providing security from non SAP HANA system to HANA systems is a little complicated.

- Customizing the system according to the customers requirement by checking their requirement and then giving them better solutions if able and advising customers if we recommend doing this customization and how it might affect the system so the customer will have a better idea of what is being done and how the system can be customized and what can be provided to make their day to day transactions and activities easier and better.

- Speed transactions and processes are easier.
