One of the best tools on the market
What do you like best about the product?
I really like that it gives me the ability to manage multiple pages on the one tool. The analytics section has been really helpful in developing our social media strategy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to be able to change the colours that show on the graphs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its helping us to build a stronger social media strategy.

Top Notch Customer Care Backed By A Easy To Use Platform
What do you like best about the product?
Aside from the readily available customer support provided by a dedicated account manager, the platform is relatively straight forward and easy to navigate for the most part.
What do you dislike about the product?
Could be a bit more robust in analytics as well as data retrieval. It tends to only pull a limted amount of historical data and not easy to do YoY metrics.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me put calendar all the content being pushed out via numerous social channels my team and I have to manage on a daily basis. I can easily see what content is being pushed out and at what frequency and what channel.
One stop shop - and amazing customer service
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Hootsuite continues to work towards becoming a one stop shop for social media managers and teams. With other scheduling platforms, they haven't been as reliable, workable, and without expert customer service like hootsuite does.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that outside apps block hootsuite from doing all the cool things the social media apps do on their own. We pay for our Twitter account and it's a bummber that Twitter won't allow Hootsuite to edit copy in this platform but it's allowed natively on Twitter. Things like that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ROI on metrics and analytics, exporting reports, mass scheduling and a big one for me - the mobile app is as reliable as Hootsuite in desktop. I can condifendently leave my computer knowing I'll get notifications timely and accurately through the app.

Easy content creation, scheduling and monitoring.
Makes managing social easy
What do you like best about the product?
Extremely useful for managing multiple social accounts. We have multiple brands so it is essential we have a platform like this which makes it easy to see everything in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to fault. Some of the more advanced features can be complicated for basic users.

Fantastic Social Media Scheduling and Moderation Tool
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Hootsuite is its user-friendly interface, reliable customer support, seamless integration with other business apps and the convenience of being able to post and engage with followers all in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Hootsuite is that it doesn’t allow me to schedule link in bio activity in advance. This creates a challenge as I have to manually update my separate link in bio page after the post has been published.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite benefits me by saving time as I can post across multiple channels in a single action rather than duplicating posts on each platform. Its robust social media analytics allow us to track year-on-year engagement and assess content effectiveness without relying on extra tools. Additionally, Hootsuite helps us identify key trends, like optimal posting times, which feed directly into our social strategy. The Social Listening module also provides valuable insights into online conversations about our company or relevant topics, reducing the need for additional tools and asissting with future content development.

What do you like best about the product?
As we have limited resources, Hootsuite's ability to allow us to schedule posts (which not all platforms allow natively) is incredibly valuable when I have to be offsite. However, the greatest value is likely its analytical tools. Having all of our metrics in one place, with the ability to look back and compare to other time periods, is a tool I use frequently. It plays a significant role when analyzing the success of a particular post or campaign.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although this is not the fault of Hootsuite, there are some limitations as it relates to usage with LinkedIn (like the ability to tag personal pages). This has limited our use of Hootsuite with that particular platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to schedule posts and having easily viewable metrics in one spot.
Hootsuite is a great tool for Community management and social media publishing
What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to schedule posts in advance while also linking UTM parameters.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hootsuite does not support posting 2 different types of media in one post, often prompting the use of native platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite solves the issue of having to log into multiple different platforms to engage with our audience. With Hootsuite's streams tab, I'm able to respond to comments in one dashboard.
Hootsuite is Organized & Cutting Edge
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite keeps all of our social channels organized and optimized well. They are always ahead of the game on new technology and social features and offer ample training to understand new features. Compared to other social management systems, they are much more organized, functional, and tech forward.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hootsuite is great, but they do push to add on addtional features frequently. We are happy with our service as is currently and it fits our budget.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite helps us look at our content performance overall with both paid and organic analytics combined and an ROI to asses account performance. It has the best analytics hands down.
Great step towards automation of your backend processes
What do you like best about the product?
I love Hootsuite as it allows to centralize management of corporate social media channels and build stronger and faster engagement with customers. Call Center agents see all comments under our posts and can respond immediately. Moreover, we are very happy with Employyes advicacy program, where our staff are able to posts on their social media channels content created and approved by the Bank. It boosts our followership, and at the same time positioning our employyes as experts on the market.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to see more AI integrations in content writting. When we create a post to be able to use AI to porpose content on the specific topic for us and media houses. Moreover, addition of AI to Employee advocacy program would be great, so we could personalize the experience even more and buold more trust in AI capabilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. Centralization of all management of social media channels, properly tracking budget spent per channel
2. Ability of engage more with customers in a timely manner, building stronger engagement
3. Increased internal engagement as employees can advocate for the bank, become experts on the market and even propose their own content. It gives a sense of inclusion and sense of purpose.
