Anypoint Studio is Eclipse based: on some old machine and operating system (linux distros) this could be a pain.
On non so quick network connection, a web platform could give some trouble.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mocking the API-based Contract with a single click give us the the opportunity to parallelize work on backend and frontend (or other service).
A single place to manage hybrid deployments, with all the API to interact with the platform, give us the opportunity to integrate Mule deployments with our CI/CD pipeline: deploy and manage deployment on cloud or on premise is painless.

What do you dislike about the product?
I thought at first that Mulesoft does not provide templates to guide me through real-life Salesforce integration scenarios. Then I learned that it does, for example, have templates aimed at solving the challenge of integrating multiple instances, or orgs, of Salesforce, which is an area of my interest.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Integrating Salesforce with legacy enterprise systems. Mulesoft is an excellent cloud based tool to be leveraged for this purpose.

MuleSoft makes integrations & APIs easy, fast and powerful.
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of development. drag and drop interface with many connectors ready to go with simple configuration to get a quick connection to a system.
Creating an API is quick and easy, just write the RAML and then generate the flows in the Studio and you can have a mock API up in under 30 minutes which others can begin to develop against.
DataWeave is a powerful tool for transforming data.

What do you dislike about the product?
It can be quite "fiddly" at times and during development errors occur without a clear reason and often down to a small config mistake.
When I first started developing with MuleSoft the documentation was severely lacking. Over the years they have been continuously improving them and they have gotten a lot better. I think they can improve further, particularly with more advanced functionality.

What do you dislike about the product?
With such a powerful tool in hand, there is nothing "to dislike". At least, I dont have anything to dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was looking for simpler ways to define APIs. RAML made things easier for me.
Powerful, organized and easy to use platform for superior integration
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use - it is very easy to get around the Anypoint Platform and most of the features are straight forward and easy to use intuitively. It is also very powerful - you can do so much with the click of a few buttons. Creating APIs, distributing them, managing their access - all within arms length in snappy package. Visually the platform is very appealing as well - the user experience is very straight forward.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times support and resources for learning are lacking - the primary source of information seems to come from the community and the forums.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Master data, API gateway configuration, re-sharing data through ESB implementations for integration of older systems and new systems in cohesion.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This platform allows very quick design and implementation of integrations.
An Integration Platform Built for Connectivity
What do you like best about the product?
I have found the number of connectors that are available to be an incredible feature of the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform is still maturing. I think most companies can/will rely mostly on the cloud runtimes but may stumble a bit bringing everything on premise.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The platform will be providing a few things that cannot be achieved with only one product. The platform will not only allow us to build integration solutions, but it will help us manage our API's through the entire API lifecycle.
