Anypoint Platform
What do you like best about the product?
I like the easy to use Design approach as well as the flexibility to create complex integrations. In short, it is easy for both novice and experienced users to work on this platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to have more options to externalize properties, configurations, application data using the Runtime Manager. Currently every change requires a restart and changes in dataweave requires redeployment, which makes CI/CD difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Did a major software tranformation for a multi-national organization with integrations between 20 SaaS applications and 25 legacy applications. It is really easy to create complex integrations for such a huge landscape.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
There were certain missing features, instability issues with the Version 3, but Version 4 has resolved all those issues and made the platform easier to use for both Novice and experienced users.

Mulesoft is a near perfect combined platform
What do you like best about the product?
Mulesoft is a near perfect combined platform covers both API and traditional integration. The full adoption of API-lead integration approach suits enterprise needs nowadays and cloud integration capabilities are desired to facilitate enterprise IT change.
What do you dislike about the product?
A bit hard to learn. You need solid java background to master it
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Onpremise/cloud integration
Dataloader.IO is Dataloader on Steroids!
What do you like best about the product?
Super easy to export Attachments in their original format, which is huge! Simple to use UI that allows for easy cross object filtering when exporting! You can export data from 1 object, and the related data that is referenced via lookup fields on that object. You can easily schedule exports to FTP, SFTP, Dropbox, Box, and EVENTUALLY a Database (Forward looking statement - Scheduled Export to DB is not turned on as of May 2018).
What do you dislike about the product?
Date & Time fields are sometimes difficult to map if you are used to the standard formatting of yyyy-mm-ddThh:mm:ss.000Z
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We initially approached Dataloader.IO to help with Attachments migration from multiple Salesforce Orgs to one Salesforce Org. We later discovered the power of this tool and use it for all export/import, and general query.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try the free version to see how amazing this tool is, but keep in mind the free version has record limits. The paid version has unlimited record import/export/etc. and is worth the investment (Especially if you are migrating Salesforce Orgs, or Attachments in particular).
product is great
What do you like best about the product?
it is simple to use and very much automated. It helps me import and export my data without much of difficulties.
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing so far. I really like this product. Best part is it still lets you import and export the data free without any trial period upto more than 500 records
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
data import and export
Recommendations to others considering the product:
definately
The Mule the Merrier
What do you like best about the product?
As a new user of Mule, I like the service it performs. Being able to connect with multiple platforms to sync with 1 OMS allows clients to be able to sell product that require different integration types. This is very helpful to be able to quickly identify errors that prevent orders from flowing to the OMS and even back out to its destination such as Amazon.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are zero options to have data exported to reports. It would be nice to have this option and be able to export messages into an Excel or text file. The newer Mule Admin Manager is nice but still lacks a few components
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to connect clients with multiple other platforms that require different integration requirements.
Dataloader.io is the best
What do you like best about the product?
Overall, Dataloader.io is so much easier to use than the alternatives. Logging in, matching columns, flexible date formats...
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there wasn't a record limit on the free version
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dataloader helps us upload, update, and delete records so quickly and easily
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This makes the quick updates so much less painful than using the desktop dataloader
A great Data Alternative tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that I can keep track of multiple data uploads at once. Using a traditional data loader requires you to be online all the time, this one does not. You can also name each file, and choose to download the success or error files.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it gave better progress updates instead of "Running". They are there but hard to catch.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to run as many uploads as needed.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Tried getting my company to use this, but due to budgetary constraints it was blocked. I cannot make those decisions unfortunately as a sole user of this product. The licensing cost were a bit of an issue and we ended up using our own tools.
Dataloader anywhere with this online version!
What do you like best about the product?
This is nice little tool to use dataloader but the online version of it. Can be used to create, update, upsert or delete records without even installing dataloader in your system.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only thing that is the downside with this version is that they is a limit in some instances of 10,000 records only can be processed in a month.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Create, update, delete data
Great and easy to use service
What do you like best about the product?
Makes loading data in Salesforce easy and quick. I just take a simple CSV file of my data, tell it what fields to map to what, and then am able to run updates, upserts, etc. Comes in handy for mass updating our users.
What do you dislike about the product?
The status page doesn't auto reload but honestly not a huge deal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mass updating the managers associated with our users has been the biggest use. We give it the ID of the user and the manager ID and it updates them all without a hitch.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Know what you want to update before going in. It's very easy to get your data wrong and screw things up after modifying data in Salesforce.
Dataloader.io for Salesforce Admins and Implementors
What do you like best about the product?
The UI is super simple to use and straight forward. It is easy to relate objects as well when inserting data.
What do you dislike about the product?
For the free user you only get up to 10k records.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps with migrating data from one salesforce environment to another. It is great cleaning update and makes it easy to pull information from parent records as well.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking for something with a lite learning curve and low costs, this is a great tool. It is useful for beginners and experienced admins alike.
