What do you like best about the product?
It helped me to easily design APIs and scale integrations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not exactly disliked but the API platform limited me to 350 APIs which isn't less but I wish the limit would be somewhere around 1000 APIs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to seamlessly design and deploy APIs.

What do you like best about the product?
Mulesoft Platform is really good to use, comparetive to other tools. But Liscence cost is more. Easy to deploy and manage an API life cycle. Several upgrades are happened in the past.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cost is more and clients are not willing to pay now. Research and devlopment is really bad in latest changes after salesforce acquired.

Mulesoft Anypoint Platform Review

  • July 11, 2024
  • Review verified by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The API Led Connectivity Approach of System, Process and Experience Layer
The connector capability they have is vast such as connector for all AWS services like S3, SQS, Dynamo DB and so on, SAP connector, Kafka Connector, Salesforce and many more integration made easy using Mulesoft. Dataweave extremely loved a lot. We can play with dataweave with lots and lots of inbuilt functions
What do you dislike about the product?
Error Handling Capability can be improved and could be made more consistent and it will be great if the logs exclude the complete stack trace as it's not useful much and due to that unable to see actual cause of the error
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Integrating various systems made more easier with less/no code
API Led approach increases the reusability and makes the API loosely coupled
Any chance to the downstream in future just require change in respective system API rather reworking entirely
Alert Mechanism loved it
Object Store and MQs

What do you like best about the product?
I've been using MuleSoft software for decades, but actually tried numerous cheaper and less feature-rich options first before making the switch.

We use it for connecting multiple SaaS applications together to create seamless integrations which otherwise would be virtually impossible.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really comes to mind, it's a good product which once it's working is flawless. Sure it might take some time to get it configured correctly, but that is to be expected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's reducing the cost of getting integrations working and it's management is second to none.
