Great tool for all Integration needs
What do you like best about the product?
It provides simple to in-depth integration connectors and the ability to simplify the development.
I have been using anypoint platform for last 2 years and learned a lot of new techniques and always curious to find more about it.
I have no issues in performance or upgrades .
There are huge list of connectors for different purposes and with older versions too
Worked on cloudhub and its more simplified and easy to deploy from sandbox to production.
Proxy setups are easy too

What do you dislike about the product?
Few unknown errors that cause a lot of time root-causing. hence need a community page for mulesoft to easily find such error fixes.

Integrating with various systems for a seamless business flow of data and process.
It helped our business to view data across systems in a single portal and avoiding to navigate between systems and increasing the productivity of the business process.

Use it for any level of integrations , bulk processing , batch processing or realtime.
Mulesoft has been good in support and defining product roadmap
What do you like best about the product?
Mulesoft's product and relationship team has been great. They work with their clients closely in defining the product roadmap. They visit their clients frequently to discuss roadmap items, invite to conferences, address issues and concerns. Their online training portal is excellent. Many of our staffs went through the online training to get self sufficient with MuleSoft development, and were able to contribute to the projects.
The installation of the Anypoint exchange software and tools are easy. They are self explanatory , and doesnt need expert knowledge to install and use the product.

What do you dislike about the product?
There is not any that I dislike. However, as an area of improvement, there could be more training arranged for Mule 3 to Mule 4 migration. There could be discount vouchers for Mule certifications.
The other thing is we are expecting for tools for Mule 3 to Mule 4 migration, which is being worked upon by Mulesoft. If there could be a firm timeline on the release of this tool, it will help us to plan the migration.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a financial services organization, and have products in Wealth management portfolio. Our strategy is APIfication, and we have a thick pipeline with respect to using Mulesoft services. We are looking at containerization of our services, and we believe MUleSoft will help us to achieve the microservices part of it.
We are also looking forward for API Marketplace.

What do you like best about the product?
Most of my job goes around Anypoint Runtime Manager -- hence, this I do not have a day not looking into it.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is really nothing to dislike here, but I "do" dislike when something's not working out of nowhere, but that rarely happens.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My job is to govern the manage the deployment of all Mule APIs for a client, hence I get to see a lot of different use-case, and I get to expose a lot in terms of performance issues, gotchas, and optimizations.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Involve Consulting service partners into beta channels, and roadmaps to get a more feeling of what works and not.

Very useful tool
What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to understand, so I think the advantage that Mulesoft has is its potential with the integration connectors that can facilitate the development of each process, as well as making it easier for the developer to achieve the objectives
What do you dislike about the product?
Some issues, such as support for Windows Authentication for SQL Server databases, do not yet have it integrated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are currently developing multiple APIs that allow us to orchestrate different business processes, which reduce the response time to our customers, automate processes that were done by human resources and that allow us to focus our efforts on issues that really require it and not do repetitive tasks.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
My point of view as a programmer, is that it greatly facilitates the construction of processes, since it does not require a lot of coding, it must be investigated in forums and support in case of encountering particular situations, like any tool, it requires improvements, but it is special is a very complete tool.
MuleSoft Anypoint Platform is good for integrations, but can be tricky
What do you like best about the product?
Really fast development of services, that integrates with other systems. It is even faster than create a service with Spring.
What do you dislike about the product?
1. It is difficult to integrate with services behind the firewall in the private VPC.
2. Anypoint Studio is in the raw state (unstable). After update of the studio takes a time to open the project.
3. It is difficult to perform troubleshooting on the CloudHub. The logs search doesn't work well, it can't do a search by strings. Sometimes, I have to download log files and run grep locally.
4. Connectors are the black box, for example, my team spent a few weeks to figure out what is going on with SQS connector.

Local execution environment does not work sometimes. It might be the case only to me though
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
System integration project. It is used to inrtegration various systems.
Excellent product with tons of third party connector
What do you like best about the product?
The best part of Mulesoft is building integrations & exposing them as endpoint so for enterprise application integration I can pretty much use those integrations to be called from other business processes which may not live inside Mulesoft.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of documentation. It takes lot of effort to build something due to lack of documentation. For example I was building integration with Amazon services & there is very minimal documentation available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Integrating with vendor solutions like Salesforce & Workday with internal applications
