We have multiple process written which connect to our ERP system. This makes it a maintenance nightmare as we have limited resources due to people leaving or no cross-training. With Mulesoft, this will allow us to focus on one solution which ties into our ERP system.

Very Intuitive Platform
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is very easy to get to grips with plenty of free training available for self learning. On top of this the developer forums are available should you need any help. Also the ability to design and implement API Specs right on cloud hub means only one piece of software is needed for the complete life cycle. The graphical interface makes it easy to read the flow of the API even if the API has been developed by another person.
What do you dislike about the product?
The debugging menu is a little cramped, the older version was better as everything had a separate tab to make it easy to find exactly what you were looking for straight away. The new menu took a little long to learn to navigate as all items are listed in the same window which can make it a little slower to find what you are looking for at a glance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The benefits to using the Mulesoft Platform are that we can save a lot of time not having to redo work to integrate new systems into the same system over and over again. The ease at which it makes developing new API's reduces development time allowing for improved efficiency in business.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Sign up to the free training or go on an instructor lead course as they are very informative and provide a good base for up skilling. Utilise the forums to get help when struggling with a problem as they are a great learning and troubleshooting resource.
