Recommendations to others considering the product:
This platform will allow you to deploy your integration application on Mule managed Cloudhub. Organizations can easily exchange data between systems on-prem as well as cloud using secure VPN tunnel

Have all the integration life cycle in one tool
What do you dislike about the product?
Cost for smaller projects implementation or initial cost I feel is high
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Legacy integration and async integration patterns are the most use cases I have implemented, shorter time to market
Feature Packed and Functional
What do you like best about the product?
The Anypoint Platform has many valuable features, such as the design center, exchange, and runtime manager. It is easy to see what is live and roll back deployments as needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not possible to manage more than one deployment at a time in the Runtime Manager. Applications must be updated, started, or stopped individually, making upgrades tricky without scripting to use the API.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Despite the difficulty mentioned above, it is far easier to manage applications than using a manual runtime.
mulesoft 2021

ease of use and availability of support.
What do you dislike about the product?

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
much quicker development and deployment turnaround
Massive Timesaver
What do you like best about the product?
Dataloader is a massive time-saver for me and my organization. Being able to mass update Salesforce is wonderful!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it would do a better job of saving my preciously completed uploads. I often repeat the same time of upload weekly and sometimes it just disappears for no reason.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it often for updating contact roles, user assignments, and tasks and activities.
Data management tool
What do you like best about the product?
It's Efficiency is amazing as never faced issue updating bulk records and scheduling future jobs to extract the data in sheets directly
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike it , everything is amazing
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Through dataloader we do all data management for Salesforce, updating , creating records in bulk without any issues, along with that we are scheduling reports to extract data , it's easier to use.
Works well for simple straightforward cases, but for complex integrations it is too complex
What do you like best about the product?
MuleSoft Anypoint Platform makes a promise for easy integration and API management. There are many cases, when MuleSoft Anypoint Plaform does this very well - it is a repository for reusable components, deployments directly from IDE.
Good list of components, that can help to quickly and easy to integrate with varios services like Saleforce or JIRA.
The service provides an API gateway, where you can setup rate limiting, authentication and many other things that are necessary for the succesfull API integration.
PaaS that runs your workflows also work very well.

What do you dislike about the product?
If you have own infrastruture, logging, metrics services etc MuleSoft Anypoint Platform require investments into integration into existing infrastructure. Another major concern it is a people resource availablity on the market. MuleSoft is not popular framework in the developers community and number of opportunities for a job with MuleSoft is pretty limited, that why it is hard to convince the engineering team to start use MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I worked on a few integration projects that used MuleSoft Anypoint Platform. The learning curve was a very short, yes we faced with complexites during the work, but when we finished the project the delivered service almost didn't require our attention for a few months - it just worked.
The main benefit for me it is ability to deliver fast a typical integration for business like: We have Jira tickets we wants to see them in Saleforce. For such project the Mulesoft is the best tool, I think.
