One stop platform for Design, Develop & Deployment
What do you like best about the product?
The easily understandable UI interface for navigating to different business requirements like Design Centre for RAML, Run Time manager for Deployment, API manager for applying policies, monitoring logs & APIs, Reusable assets from anypoint exchange.
What do you dislike about the product?
In order to deploy large scale APIs there is a need to have big vCore size. Due to pricing sensitivity most of the midsize or small size organisations tend to proceed their deployments with small vCore size thus resulting in more time consumption for API end to end execution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Providing solutions for Integrating systems like Salesforce,SAP,CRM with reusable components like Experience API,Process API,System API using 3-Tier Architecture

Unlocking Seamless Integration and Agility with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform
What do you like best about the product?
API monitoring, API management, policies that are provided by mulesoft, Since graphql is introduced , we are able to manage fields more easily, easy mapping, cloubhub deployments
What do you dislike about the product?
Async scope is not reliable, what we saw is we tend to loose the logs or any execcution inside the Async scope. Limitation in on prem servers . Sometimes object store keys are clost in cache.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy to integrate 2 system. Easy data mapping, any 2 unknow systems can we mapped via fields and data flows through them well. API monitoring helps to monitor the logs well. Data graph is the new approach towards integration which can be handled by mulesoft
One destination for design develop and deploy
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using anypoint platform and anypoint studio both hand in hand. I like how easily we can integrate multiple applications and data transfer. It is easy to design an Api in platform using RAML in the design center. And anypoint platform offers multiple deployment topologies as per the business needs. And the asset Reusability through anypoint exchange
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't find something I dislike but anypoint platform recently launched beta version of development ide in the same web application itself though we have the solid tool which is anypoint studio for the development. I just think it's better if they bulid the web IDE as awesome as anypoint studio.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's an ESB. Which is making the life of CRM domain very simple. As we can automatic the data transfer from ERP systems to Salesforce. And integrating sap Salesforce DB in a one application with strategies to monitor and prevent data loss.
It benefits us in with its accelerators and reusable assets , all we have to do is import and drag and drop to connect the systems.

MuleSoft Integrations with CRM/ERP
What do you like best about the product?
It provides great middleware that allows reuse amongst all of our individual business units within our company. Good in depth training courses allow our dedicated devs ability to easily set up specs and integrate our ERP and CRM systems with other homegrown internal systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
When Salesforce inherited MuleSoft, the quality of the account teams declined. We've been through several different reps and customer success agents over the course of 3 years and are currently without either at the moment. Poor communication around changes. Also with our contract renewal, we were blindsided with changes that had not been mentioned prior to our renewal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has become our middleware that links all of our ERP, CRM, and other systems. Prior, we had siloed BU's with their own homegrown systems and no re-use across the company.

Not just API, but many more integration approach on offer using MuleSoft
What do you like best about the product?
MuleSoft is easily the market-leading iPaaS for the capabilities it has to offer. Good feature on how we can use API-led connectivity along with other integrations approach like batch jobs, schedulers, queues, and sync-async pattern.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing is above other competitors in market. Also, if the solution is not implemented as per the guidelines of 3 layered connectivity, the investment might not provide the expected return on investment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping our organisation in their Digital Transfromation journey by connecting multiple systems in the IT landscape, and easily irradicating the messy application network that existed due to point to point connection.
Mulesoft Anypoint Platform Review
What do you like best about the product?
Mulesoft Anypoint Platform allows us to manage all deployed APIs in one place called runtime manager. We have option to deploy from anypoint. We have many deployment options like standalone (if we have own servers), mulesoft cloudhub, mulesoft runtime fabric which is based on kubernetes and recently mulesoft introduced cloudhub 2.0. which is like mulesoft runtime fabric service on cloud.
What do you dislike about the product?
Comparatively there less cons about mulesoft anypoint platform. One thing I disliked is runtime fabric health details update. It won't update in realtime. It is like cron job running in server which communicates about cluster health. It updates for every 5-10 minutes but not immediately. Other than that mulesoft licensing is high compared to other competitors like tibco, apigee etc,.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mulesoft has api led architecture which allows not to expose raw or important data to end users. Using mulesoft we can manage all deployed APIs in one place called runtime manager. Mulesoft enables extraction transform and loading data ensuring consistency. It has it's own cloud known as cloudhub. Mulesoft has pre built connectors which are helpful in multi cloud integration. In mulesoft we use dataweave language which can transform data from one format to other.
Most comphrehansive iPaaS
What do you like best about the product?
Capability to integrate with most enterprise systems (CRM, ERP etc.). Remove overhead by all sorts of built-in configurations, security, maintenance, and more.
Ever-growing new features are also attractive for more people to enter this area and gain more popularity as a primary iPaas tool.

What do you dislike about the product?
Running costs n license fees would be a barrier for small businesses/processes, even for some large businesses/processes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Integration between company-wide systems, especially for large companies with various products from different vendors. Allowing business for a more accessible and safe transformation, streamlining new processes etc.
Cloud-based API development lifecycle also removes the burden from both the developer and management team.
