I like that Writer goes beyond being just an AI tool—it centralizes content rules, brand voice, and team collaboration. It makes content creation faster, more accurate, and far more consistent.

One challenge with Writer is that it can feel restrictive at times, especially when creative flexibility is needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Writer helps standardize job descriptions, outreach messages, and candidate communication. It ensures everything I send is clear, professional, and aligned with our client’s expectations. This saves a lot of time, reduces repetitive editing, and improves the quality of communication with both candidates and clients.

I appreciate how Writer maintains a consistent tone and style without making the writing seem unnatural. The suggestions it offers are useful, straightforward, and help reduce the time I spend editing. It integrates seamlessly into my workflow, making content creation both quicker and more dependable.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don’t have any significant problems with Writer, though I find that the suggestions can occasionally be a bit rigid, especially when I’m working on more creative writing. It would also be beneficial if the interface responded a bit faster when handling longer documents. Aside from these points, it performs well for my everyday needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Writer has been invaluable in ensuring our content remains consistent and clear, particularly when several team members collaborate on a single project. It significantly reduces the time we spend editing, minimizes mistakes, and makes it much simpler to maintain a cohesive tone throughout our work. By streamlining these processes, it allows us to save time and consistently produce higher-quality results with less effort.

Training the software takes time to make it learn the brand language which takes extra time.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how WRITER makes my life easier by perfectly capturing my ideas in long form, whether I'm crafting content for blogs, emails, or LinkedIn posts. I love the way it ensures a strong brand tone and consistency across all pieces of content, emails, documents, and webpages, which is incredibly useful in marketing, sales, and customer support. This level of consistency helps maintain a unified brand voice and aids in delivering clear communication. WRITER's integration with Google Workspace further enhances its usability, making it a seamless part of my workflow. I find the setup process straightforward, rating it 8 out of 10 in ease, which speaks to the intuitive design and ease of implementation. Overall, I am highly likely to recommend WRITER, as indicated by my high recommendation score of 9 out of 10.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the brand rules implemented by WRITER to be overly strict. While it's beneficial for maintaining brand tone, it tends to cause the output to be repetitive, and it limits creativity. These constraints can stifle originality across different teams as the enforcement of such uniformity doesn't allow much room for innovative ideas or unique expressions, which are often vital in marketing and content creation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find WRITER captures my ideas perfectly into long-form content and ensures strong brand tone and consistency across marketing, sales, and customer support also not Ideal for Highly Technical or Math-Heavy Content Writer sometimes struggles with: Complex calculations, Technical explanations, Deep coding tasks, Research-heavy content requiring citations.

There are a few drawbacks, such as issues with syncing and collaboration.

The process of publishing and formatting often disrupts my creative flow. I find that these steps can interrupt my momentum and make it harder to stay focused on the creative aspects of my work.

This saves us significant editing time and has improved our content efficiency by more than 70%. The automation capability within WRITER streamlines content production, drastically reducing the review process and enhancing the quality and consistency of our outputs. I am immensely satisfied with how WRITER allows our small team to produce large volumes of high-quality, SEO-friendly content swiftly. These features translate directly into management efficiency and faster market time, allowing our senior staff to focus on strategy rather than routine editing tasks. Moreover, I find the setup process extremely easy, especially when integrated with platforms like Google Docs, where it requires no additional software installation or configuration, making deployment seamless and efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
I sometimes struggle with maintaining content across sessions, which makes long-term or cross-session memory challenging. I would benefit from a more persistent memory store that allows me to recall details from past projects or constraints without restarting the current session. Additionally, I would like more third-party integrations to enhance functionality.

I use Writer to massively increase our content output and maintain consistent brand voice, drastically reducing editing time and costs. It helps us produce high-quality, SEO-friendly content quickly and ensures all team members, regardless of experience, align with our brand style.
Has high security protocols without significant impact to AI generation quality.
What do you like best about the product?
The security compliance for sensitive data and uses.
What do you dislike about the product?
Generation credits got used up very quickly working with moderately sized documents. Hard to get any large amount of work done, which is what I would want AI for the most.

Writer's LLM feels genuinely responsive to the brand identity we've built for the company - which means the articles, posts, and recaps are all free of the things that normally feel uncanny about the AI reading and writing experience. It has a number of useful built-in apps, but the chat function is also great for prompts that fall outside of those.
The look is sleek, professional, and clean - it is an easy-to-use app with multiple different entry points (extensions, web app, desktop). It integrates well with the marketing systems we use, and was easy to implement.
Plus, it does grammar as well as genAI. So it replaces 2 costly subscriptions with one affordable one.
I use Writer all the time, but I've never had an issue that I've had to use customer support to. That's a great sign, but it does mean I can't comment on how their customer support is.

I like most things about Writer. I would like to see the prompt library expanded to help more marketing-only clients. It has a lot of stuff that is good for product marketing and creation, but there is less for demand gen, ABM, etc. I use the chat function for these, which is fine, but it would be great to see more of the built-in prompts / apps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As an in-house marketer with a very small team, GenAI has become a vital tool for us in order to satisfy our customers demand for interesting, educational content - and for generating new clients. There are a lot of tools out there, and I tried several of them after tryng Writer for the first time. In the end, Writer's platform was the one I came back to. I fekt confident in the way it recreated our brand voice, and pulled from our own expertise to create content that was actually useful.
Writer Helps Daily and Increases Productivity
What do you like best about the product?
Writer has been a great tool that is now part of my regular work-day routine. I can write my content, then use Writer to help edit or provide feedback. I can also check for grammar and spelling mistakes, and make sure I'm keeping to my usual writing style. This is one of my favorite features - the ability to save your writing style so that others can apply it to their work. It always keeps our documentation in sync. One of my biggest hurdles is getting over writers block. Writer definitely helps move past mental blocks. The software can provide suggestions. This allows me to get all projects completed on time and even increase my productivity. The software itself is easy to use and the plug-in is a daily game changer for all my written content.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have anything really negative to say. I don't have much experience with other similar products but will stick with this one!

Writer is more than just a writing tool; it really is a unique solution that supports every aspect of the writing process. It helps me write better, gives me new ideas, and makes it easier to think of new ways to do my work. If you're looking to boost your productivity and creativity, Writer is an absolute must-have. I really wonder how I ever went through a day without it.
