What do you like best about the product?
Our source of information for project plans, resource management and allocation of time to different projects. The scheduler feature is especially useful to plan our work.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the reporting was more intuitive and easier to setup
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The workload of the team is visible to everyone using the tool. It's easy to track and reporting is great once it has been setup.

Ease of use, Interface and the various integration with my office apps like teams and outlook calender

Sometimes i have to upadate the category of each task, which is time consuming
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy to use and less time consuming to use. The workflow of the team is managed using Rocketlane.
It is very easy to use and so efficient. I like the timetables and functionality within Rocketlane.

Usability and Sharability. The collaberation

It does take some time to update the projects or tasks when you change their status.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miscommunication and unclarity. THis helps us stay transparent and on top of the project tasks along with our onboarding customers.

I can see what my team is doing and where we need to proactively pick up the pace.
What do you dislike about the product?
Somewhat manual to ensure tasks are completed. Integration with Outlook to automate some tasks would be helpful. Honestly, this capablity may exist and we have not adopted it yet as an org?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Centralized project management - visibility.
Pretty great for a relatively new player in the project management space
What do you like best about the product?
Their support team is super invested and interested in helping you make the product work for you. It may take a while to get the hang of it if you are used to using another product but it's pretty intuitive. I like being able to loop people in outside of your company - really useful if you are client-facing and have action items for your clients to complete.
What do you dislike about the product?
Project templates do not always automatically save which can result in lost work. Not necessarily a downside but one thing that would be "nice to have": a favorites/starred list.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping our company keep big multi-faceted projects on schedule by making it easy to view each others' progress and blockers, across multiple departments and teams.
Initial Impressions
What do you like best about the product?
Rocketlane brings a level of customizability to their tool that I haven't found in other tools. It can seem a bit overwhelming when you first jump in but after getting comfortable I like that there is so much you can do within the tool to meet your own use case.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the moment I can't find much. Initial impressions is that notifications are too frequent, and there are some notification settings that you can't turn off.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing complex onboardings in a spreadsheet was near impossible. Rocketlane brings it all into one UI.
Fantastic tool to connect your back office to your customer facing teams
What do you like best about the product?
We used to operate in our own islands before Rocketlane. Time tracking, billing, invoicing, project management, resource management all happened on different tools or different features in a tool. A single view was never possible before Rocketlane.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is reliable and bug free. What more could I ask for?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The entire gamut of tools - Resourcing, capacity planning, project managment, time sheets, invoicing.

What do you dislike about the product?
- The implementation process was very painful. Rocketlane team should come up with a clear implementation plan of their own.
- The focus on the platform seems to be a single entity i.e. project. But it should also look at a Program or a portfolio setup and configuration.
- Other features like Risk Management, Stakeholder management will make this more useful.

- Transparancy in the project status is ensurin everyone is aware and can jump in if the status changes from Green to Amber
- Single source of truth for all the project reports ensures that there is no mis-communication about the project status.
- Custom features like alerts and warning ensure that the right people are alerted about a delay of a key task.
- Chats enable the cutomer and team to collaborate
- Customer portal allows the customer to be a part of the implementation and access to the plan ensures there is total transperancy.

User friendly, customizable and categorised
What do you like best about the product?
Category formations, project heirarchies, team updates, smooth task transitions, 360 detailed view of any task
What do you dislike about the product?
As of this moment, there is absolutely nothing tangible or substantial in existence
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Effort logging is effortless by using th Rocket Lane. We can track now, how much work is being done on a particular task, or how much time invested on a particular Project.

Simplified my task and project tracking.
What do you dislike about the product?
Gets slow and laggy while adding multiple sub tasks. It's fast otherwise.
