Perfect tool for my Implementation Projects.

What do you like best about the product?
The thing I like the most is the User Interface and ease of use. The colours are soothing to eyes. The LHS menu is organized perfectly & saves a lot clicks. The filters on the View options are easy to use and makes it easy to go through your task list. Their Dashboard gives me real time visibility on my projects by phases. The Project Plan view is also really great.
What do you dislike about the product?
I did not find any help videos or documentation for a new user like me. It would be help to have a trial assistant widget so it helps go through the videos and get maximum value.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Helping me manage my timelines better by providing a project plan.
- Keeps me on track with my task to better manage the activities and provide better visibility through charts. Earlier, I used excel where it was difficult to manage the list.
- The Dashboard gives me visibility of my projects by phases and helps to understand where each project is in. Earlier, that was not the case.

What do you like best about the product?
The UI is simple and very organized. The onboarding process was seamless. Creating templates for our onboarding clients was easy. Our clients love to access their own portal and be informed.
What do you dislike about the product?
I guess we are looking for some extra integrations that will help us automate the process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We could streamline our onboarding process and that has cut down on launch times. Expectations can be set better.


New to RL and so far it is not too bad...

What do you like best about the product?
What I like is that I can create diferent views to see what project's I have to work on.
What do you dislike about the product?
That it takes a bit to understand how the system works, we have a high valium of projects and we have 4 different logos with differents needs and accomodating that is been hard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The visibility of where projects are standing and the ability to share with our customer and holding everyone in one place.

Nothing as such to complain about. System is easy to use.

Rocketlane primarily focuses on solving the challenges faced by customer-facing teams in managing and delivering successful onboarding and implementation processes for their clients.
It benefits me, well, as someone who's interested in productivity tools and efficient workflows, seeing companies implement solutions

What do you like best about the product?
UI is quite clean and intutive, it is best for organizing my projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
some times it becomes overwhelming to get the right information spread across various projects various tasks and sub tasks, I really wish we had a search to look up insformation in a click.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Rocketlane is helping me track what is happpening with my clients in a go, it helps me and my client be on same page on what is the progress.
