Good project manager
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of creating phases and adaptive projects and being able to add documents to Spaces
What do you dislike about the product?
What I don't like about UI is that you can't access the URL of the Spaces file.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

The best thing about the rocketlane is that its very user friendly and gets the job done with alot of customizations even at the user level.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only if we can minimize the ocassional downtime it would be perfect.

Ease of use and the ability to integrate into other tools so we can use 1 product for manageing a project.
Very quick to respond and provide experts when contacting support via chat or email.

What do you dislike about the product?
It seems like it's so popular and gaining so much traction that the underlying infrasturcture may not be able to keep up with the demand and load, making it respond slower and slower the longer I have been using it.
Seems like we always need to do a full web page refresh whenever we make any changes.
I need the project updates to be able to "bring forward" the prior weeks report and I only need to add the new items.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to learn, excellent and intuitive interface, friendly and helpful customer support team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some limitations in "drag and drop" type features, some settings at the root level and not by project.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy way to manage client onboarding journey with team members and the option to provide transparency to clients as well.

What do you like best about the product?
There any many things whcih have been helpful in onboarding and implementation of projects. The outstanding thing about it is about it's form templates and easy interface to use. Its really easy to use and explain to team to adapt it quickly. Also its form template has helped us to gather data at one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's a scope of improvement in pages loading time. It can be faster when we switch to different pages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Rocketlane has been a big help in managing big number of projects. Keeping track of project health, duration of project milestone, workflow management.Also pulling out reports with dashboard at a glance is really a convenience.

It Gives us an overview of all projects handled by our team, Helps us build dashboard of Mrr Billing confidence and understand the Current status of the project's being handled, Makes it easy for management to quickly look into accounts where we need attention

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Rocketlane is that it has a really nice number of features available and it is really easy to use and implement, and we have accomplished several goals within our company using this product, customer support is really helpful solving issues on integration.
What do you dislike about the product?
Rocketlane is really effective for our goals, I dont really have a dislike about this product, maybe it could be improved with more usage cases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Rocketlane helped us simplifying really repetitive tasks, for example bringing customers in a same platform for managing tasks, and documentation procedures, this is benefitial because when we bring new clients, the inferface simplifies on their introduction scheme and it reduces chances of errors and delays. This also includes collaborators external to the team, such as stakeholders. Rocketlane also is benefitial for cross functional team coordinations inside and outside the agency.
Rocketlane is a force in the PSA space
What do you like best about the product?
I have been incredibly impressed with Rocketlane thus far. Rocketlane is fast to implement, easily configurable, and INCREDIBLY user friendly. We saw value within the first few weeks as our team was able to begin time tracking at the start of the implementation. The other feature that is truly key is collaborative project management, allowing for us to invite our customers in to the system during implementations and assign tasks to end users. I was previously a Certinia Adminstrator and I have found that many of Rocketlane's features not only compete, but are superior to Certinia in that they are easier to configure, especially in a startup environment where things are scaling and changing all the time. Highly recommend this software as your next PSA!
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting and dashboard capabilities has some development, specifically the ability to export/download custom reports and report across modules (such as people and projects) but all feature requests that I have raised so far with the team have been quickly actioned on.

Rocketlane is helping us to scale our Services function, providing a PSA that supports client onboarding, project management, time tracking, and resource management.
