Great project management tool for onboarding and implementation
What do you like best about the product?
User friendly interface and intuitive tool to track dates, milestones, status of tasks and keep visibility sharing project updates.
Also the integration with other tools, like Jira helps to keep the overview and transparency on the updates.

Nothing in particular. Every time I have had questions or issues, the RL team has shared solutions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Used for onboarding and implementing projects, it helps to keep the team engaged, informed and it offers a intuitive interface to keep visibility of project updates.

Rocketlane allows for adding easy time tracking entries of the activities done during the day along with good bifurcation featires within the UI which are very user friendly for ease of access while ensuring that accurate segregation can be done based on the types of tasks done

It is benefitting by helping keep a track of weekly tasks that have been done

- It has everything you need to run a Professional Services team, from project management to financials and capacity planning.
- Easy to configure and use.
- The implementation support has been incredible. Our processes are very complex and we have tested the limits of the tool during the implementation, but our implementation manager has been there to support us all the way and come up with the best solutions. Thanks a lot Swathi!

What do you dislike about the product?
- Performance gets slow when you have a long list of projects
- It offers a lot for such a young tool, but it is still missing some basic functionalities that would speed up our work, like bulk updates to projects and accounts.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We now have a professional tool that allows customers to run through all the stages of our implementation, plus we can also allocated and plan resources in an efficient and accurate manner. Plus soon we will start using the skill matrix to assign the right people to the right projects.
Perfect Tool
What do you like best about the product?
As the title suggests, Rocketlane is a perfect tool to manage your projects and also have the stakeholders get the updates in a timely manner. Quite user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't see any downsides of using Rocketlane and nothing to dislike as of now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest issue Rocketlane solves is to manage and keep a track of pretty much all our projects. We are a B2B company so the active projects can range from 1 to 10 at the same time and Rocketlane is able to help track all deadlines, past dues, etc with ease.

A great tool that can track all the things needed done in your project.
One of the hardest things to manage in almost every projects are the micro tasks - to which Rocketane comes in to save the day. It has sub-task within the task that can track everything. One of the most powerfull there is.

What do you dislike about the product?
It lags sometimes and the UI/UX needs improvement. Make it simplier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking all the microtask and having the proper sources to go back in case I need to look for that specific task.

I wish it had more CRM elements as well.

The UI is best and also functionality like stage changes of tasks quickly we can do and also the filter feature is best.

In Android app the notification pannel dosen't navigate to respective page sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its solving my problem to keep track of tasks and hours spend on it and also it helps to keep track of task which is subtask of other task.

Few additional reports would help and also if the project plan can be exporeted in the form of mpp showing the dependencies and successors would be of great help.
