Keeps on focused while juggling a lot of ongoing customers, projects, and needs.
What do you like best about the product?
Each Project is in its "own world". I can click into a Project and be soley focused on the task at hand. I have a bird eye's view, yet a laser focused view at the same time. I really enjoy RL!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the product can be a little buggy. For example, when submitting timesheets, when I import from Google Calendar, I have to click twice in order for the function to work... which causes double entry, etc. Otherwise... smooth sailing
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Juggling upwards of 40 customers at once in an extremely organized manner.
A Positive Experience with Enhanced Features
What do you like best about the product?
Previously, we used OpenAir, but last year we received a message saying that Rocketlane would replace it. At the time, I wondered why we needed a new app. However, over the past year, I have found Rocketlane to be very useful and user-friendly. Nowadays, I’ve forgotten the name of the old app, but Rocketlane is truly impressive. I can make multiple entries and even add rows from the previous week; it's really awesome.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have worked in single project and Wednesdays I took leave. In Rocketlane 1st row I fill working task and 2nda row I added for leave in the 2nd row also that working days are display.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Implementation or Release wise we can able to create task and its help full task assigned and status in Home page.

Its easyily accesable and quick in performance also provides platform to capture our comments.

Look of the application can be enhanced, currently it feels very basic

The best thing about rocketlane is to be able to easily upload/find documents related to your projects. Also, the feature to fill your timesheet using your calendar is super useful and time saving.
What do you dislike about the product?
The order of options while choosing the activity for a particular project seems off. Basic elements like Project Meetings, Client Visits should be placed above project tasks

Rocketlane helps me keep track of all my projects seemlesly while allowing me to attach relevant documents and find them easily whenever required.

The dashboards and the project view are the best from Rocketlane. If you are heavy on implementation and onboarding, you got to get this tool

Nothing as of now, just that we might need more integrations

Onboarding and Implementation are streamlined, these were part of a secure excel sheet for us
