What do you like best about the product?
Rocketlane is simple to update and track
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no major dislikes about the Rocketlane however there may be improvement in the overall UI experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There are multiple benifits we are seeing while using the Rocketlane like Appropriate tracking of the project, resources and timelines.

the ability to customize it to meet the needs of each unique project
What do you dislike about the product?
there's no way to link work across projects, but there is the ability to link multiple projects to the same client, so it is easy to work arount that limitation. the only thing "missing" is... if there was a way to manage "support" then this tool could be used for the entire scope of the relationship with the client, not just PM and AM

Using the Rocketlane for Project Management with Customers
What do you like best about the product?
The intuitive usage. Creating tasks and add forms is really easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it takes some time effort to change timelines in the project tracker.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The communication with customers is easier and also the expecation management.
An easier way to get in-depth review of each client

I like that it is a much more in depth tracking system than others.

It is a slow interface and going from page to page is delayed

Since a lot of client implementation is a shared experience, it makes it easy to get in depth review of the customer's process through implementation. Also easy to communicate if and when projects need to be taken over
Great tool for all kinds of PS teams!
What do you like best about the product?
All encompassing functionality - from project tracking, time tracking, resource management, new features being rolled out consistently, focus on incorporating or using AI, etc. The platform includes a lot of great features and tools that we use daily - the Rocketlane team is also open to feedback/suggstions on areas to improve.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not many dislikes/downsides, but as with any enterprise SaaS platform, we don't always get our requests/features prioritized right away - but Rocketlane team has been great at working with us on providing transparency and timelines.

Centralized project management + reporting - allowing us to gain data and insights into project/team performance.

I like that it keeps the client on track with their deliverables

Making changes to the dates mucks everything up all the time! Super frustrating.

Keeping client's aprized of project deliverables, dates, status, etc.

Rocketlane needs to have more features to mark downtimes and the edit option to edit the times clocked in a day instead of fully deleting the entire day's times clocked

Rocketlane is easy to allocate downtimes and to mark the work overed in a day. it's easy to explain to the upper management if the resource allocation is utilized

What do you like best about the product?
What I appreciated most about Rocketlane is its seamless approach to onboarding and project management. The ability to collaborate in real-time, set clear timelines, and track progress across multiple teams makes it incredibly efficient. The built-in document sharing and communication tools reduce the need to constantly switch between platforms. It’s especially useful for client-facing projects, where transparency and accountability are key.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Rocketlane offers a robust set of features, there’s a bit of a learning curve at the beginning. Some workflows, like setting up templates or integrating third-party tools, could be a bit more user-friendly. Also, mobile functionality feels somewhat limited compared to the desktop version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My overall experience with Rocketlane has been very positive. It’s a solid platform that keeps teams aligned and projects on track, especially in customer onboarding or service delivery scenarios. With a few interface refinements and expanded mobile support, it could easily become the go-to solution for any organization managing complex projects or client implementations
