In my experience, nothing negative on the platform side
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our team can easily build the bots using GUI based dialog builder. We have integrated with multiple channels and it really works well for our clients.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Signup to botbuilder and create one bot. You will be amazed to see your first bot working within few hours!!

What i like the best about the product is its Platform and flexibility in messaging platform than its competitors.
