Kore.ai platform review for building and managing bots or virtual assistants
What do you like best about the product?
Platforma pro vytváření virtuálních asistentů/botů/procesních asistentů. Podporuje webové stránky a platformy sociálních médií, kde můžeme spustit nebo integrovat boty nebo virtuální asistenty. Vytváření, integrace a správa botů nebo virtuálních asistentů není uživatelsky přívětivá.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface is not user friendly. Needs improvement in User interface and help documentation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Building, managing, and integrating virtual assistants or bots.
CHATBOT with many possibilities
What do you like best about the product?
i like the knowledge graph for training the faq's, and that we can extract the faq's other external websites in an easy manner, Dialog tasks will be easy to see the created flow of tasks
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes the website is taking more time to load the content. More content videos should be available on youtube for easy implementation of different functionalities available in the chatbot
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Machine learning helps the chatbot in training the utterances and also the add synonyms is helping to add the user different conversations. and the faq's helping in answering the questions to the user
Comprehensive Conversational AI Platform!
What do you like best about the product?
The Kore.ai platform is easy to learn and quickly start to build chatbot and conversational platform products. The UI is very mature from a design flow, knowledge base, and integration stand point. Plus, the test environment is one of the best i've used.
What do you dislike about the product?
Don't know if this is a dislike more so than a feature request! I would like a better way to integrate teams and whiteboard together while building in the solution. Most conversational teams are remote so providing so native integrations like in other collaboration tools would be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Kore is solving and helping drive self service and contact center agent productivity initiatives. It also has provided a prototype arena for new products that were build in the travel and tourism area for one of my previous employers.

1. Dialogue Management is very smooth and helps to create quick conversation flows

Kore.ai: The Most Intelligent Virtual Assistant
What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact that Kore.ai is not simply an automated bot with pre-saved responses, but rather an intelligent one, that can understand intent via some pre-defined sets of commands. The ability to escalate to an agent's intervention for highly complex requests is also performed very naturally. I love this.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a learning curve for the proper use of Kore.ai. Additionally, it would be amazing if additional short video tutorials were made available instead of the boring and long ones.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Kore.ai helped us internally solve some simple issues like finding payment solutions for online purchases, software licensing, system accessing as well as requesting the calendar of activities of the day. This helped save a lot of time dealing with internal issues, enabling us to focus more on our customers. Our sales grew by 14 % since using Kore.ai, as from the 2nd month.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Kore.ai is absolutely great when it comes to getting a high-quality automated response. It is the best virtual assistant in my opinion.

I like this software since it answers all the possible question of the clients. It has a very good documentation.

None so far. As it is easy to use and the customer support is good.

It is common to a beginner to have mistakes. But kore.ai have a good documentation to rely on.
One of the best chatbots framework
What do you like best about the product?
We can develop,configure, deploy the bots easily when compared to other bots which are developed using programming languages.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no concept of version control in this framework, this needs to be fixed so that bots in the production wont get effected when there is any update in the backend.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
when we want to develop a bot in python, .net etc, it involves more time and effort. These can be reduced and we can develop, deploy the bots in different channel like facebook, email, twitter etc. with in less time.

The easy way to build and deploy the bots in different channels like facebook, web, twitter, email etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not really, but there are some areas where they need to update.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need a lot of effort and time to develop and configure bots in Microsoft and other programming languages. But it's very easy and every one configure with minimal programming knowledge.
Best AI chatbot platform
What do you like best about the product?
Kore AI is one of the best AI chat bot platform i ever worked. The chat bot were built with the enterprise in mind. The platform is capable of create some of the complex enterprise level chat bot. The Bot Builder, i used for developing the chat bots is easy and very much user friendly. The platform is now sophisticated and provides best AI chat bot solutions.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no doubt that Kore AI is one of the best AI chat bot platform. But the thing which i fell that is least helpful is updates. The updates to the platform are little slow and some times they break the functionality of some features. But Kore fixes these issue quickly. I think there are no downsides in using this platform to build chat bots.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I involved in the development of several enterprise level chat bots for various clients using Kore.ai platform. We provided various chat bot solutions in financing, banking, insurance etc. using Kore.ai bot builder. I learnt how to design NLP for chat bots and improved my chat bot designing skills.
