Creating dialogue callflows and Machin Learning training. Kore support is excellent

Easiest and fun way to develop chatbots
What do you like best about the product?
It allows for easy creation of tasks, training of natural language model, multi-language platform, API integration, and publishing to multiple channels. The support from the community and personal support is excellent and commendable.
What do you dislike about the product?
The documentation should be upgraded and involve more general things to it. The auto-translation function doesn't work most of the time. The bot made for other channels may not have the same experience. Also, no specific procedure for different channels is provided.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is making the development of the chatbots using low code, which helps in achieving the business requirements at a faster pace. Thus, helps in a growing business as well. It provides better opportunities for us in the conversational AI sector.

Being able to have a non-robotic conversation and feel as if a human were behind that service

I would like the documentation of the community or simply the support team to be updated since they still use or see the older interface of Kore.ai
As for the platform, there is nothing that I don't like because it is very easy to use, intuitive and if you are someone who knows programming you have the power to exploit it to the fullest.

The ease with which we give attention to the client quickly, safely and at any time or day of the week.

The NLP engine and its features. THe drag and drop feature is also good.

The testing of the bot needs to be more accurate.

Kore.Ai is a great tool for building smart chatbots
What do you like best about the product?
Kore.ai allows for different kinds of botbuilding : from simple faqs to complex API interactions or running JS code, it can do a lot. Also, the support is easy to reach.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the downside is that the interfaces are not always the most friendly. For example some Analysis windows are hard to read with some values that could be presented in a better way.

Chatbots building is important in a company to help support handle the request automatically and efficiently. This allows for better usage of the support time on harder questions.

What do you like best about the product?
Kore.ai is the incredible platform that we're using at our organization for providing AI/Ml use cases with an omnichannel experience. This gives us the edge to serve our customers as per their choice of the communication channel.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I wear the hat of a business-oriented person I see a lot of potential pre-built use cases that should be available in the store. But currently, such things are not in general known. More use case hackathons should be organized so that we as business partners can join and contribute.

I like the format of training. Its very good training. My first project in chatbot development is in kore.ai platform. Initially I learnt it with the help of documents.

In advance training you can cover some more advance features. Some of the older version of kore.ai i didn't liked because we were facing lots of issues in training

Kore provides a very unique way towards building chatbots by providing drag and drop features as well as the conversation driven builder making it easy to create chatbots in a very short amount of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The debug log while using bot builder is unable to display the error messages. I think having a tree structure for these error prompts would be the best way moving forward.

Kore AI helps in the field of improving customer support by removing a lot unnecessary calls to support by providing a chatbot interface for common issues and the support team can focus on the high priority issues.
