I recently completed the Conversational AI course using Kore.AI and also built a few projects based on what I learned—and I have to say, I genuinely loved the experience.
What stood out to me the most was how easy and intuitive the platform is. Even as someone still growing in the AI space, I found it incredibly helpful for understanding how conversational bots work. The tools and features are well thought out, and the platform gives you a lot of flexibility whether you're working with no-code or diving into custom logic.
The course itself was well-structured, and the hands-on approach helped me apply what I learned directly into real-world projects. I especially appreciated how Kore.AI supports integration with various systems and offers strong NLP capabilities—it made my bots feel smart and responsive.
Overall, Kore.AI has been a game-changer in my learning journey. If you're exploring conversational AI, I highly recommend giving it a try. It’s not just a tool—it’s a complete ecosystem for building intelligent, scalable, and impactful AI solutions.

What do you dislike about the product?
While I really enjoyed using Kore.AI and found it very useful for learning and building projects, there are a few small things that could be better. Some advanced features take a bit of time to understand, and the interface can occasionally feel slow when working on complex bots. Also, having more flexibility in the free tier would be great for learners. But overall, it’s a solid platform and I’d still highly recommend it!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Kore.AI is solving the challenge of building smart, human-like conversations between users and systems. For me, it made learning and creating conversational bots much easier. I was able to build real-world projects without needing deep coding skills, and it helped me understand how AI can automate tasks, improve user experience, and save time. It’s a great tool for anyone looking to get hands-on with conversational AI.
Solid platform that makes bot building fun

As a user, what I appreciate most about Kore.AI is how easy it makes building and managing virtual assistants. Even for someone who doesn’t come from a deep technical background, but the platform’s low-code interface and guided workflows helped me get started quickly.

there are lot of minor bugs in XO11 platform which can be a hassle sometimes

The implementation phase went smoothly, aided by comprehensive templates and clear documentation. Whenever I encountered challenges, their customer support team was quick to assist. I use Kore.AI regularly, and I’m consistently impressed by its extensive range of features, including NLP, agent assist, analytics, and support for multi-channel deployment. Integrating with external systems such as CRMs and RPA tools was uncomplicated, which helped me seamlessly incorporate the platform into existing workflows. All in all, Kore.AI stands out as a reliable and adaptable choice for enterprise-level conversational AI.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Kore.AI offers considerable power, there are several aspects that could use improvement. The initial learning curve is somewhat steep, particularly when working with advanced features such as custom NLP configurations or designing complex bot flows. At times, the platform can feel restrictive when attempting to implement highly customized agentic behaviors, and troubleshooting within the dialog builder is not always intuitive. Additionally, although integrations typically work well, some enterprise connectors demand extra setup or customization, and the documentation for these cases is lacking. Finally, while the UI is functional, it would benefit from being more responsive and modern in certain areas to enhance overall usability.

First thing i like about it is the ui which easier to guide us throughout. and the secodn part which i liked is the usage of llm that can be done.

The main problem I have is with the platform itself. While I am building the app, it tends to crash, which I find to be the biggest drawback.

Great NLU Features, But Digital Forms Need Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
NLU related features are very good. We have flexibility to configure between Entity capture and Intent capture. The platform is user friendly as compared to most of the bot platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
Digital Forms are worst. We can only invoke them with click of button, but they should appear as it is in the original chat conversation, not as a separate popup or screen.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Kore AI, we can easily build chat and voice bot solutions very quickly. It is very easy to build bots with it and anyone can learn this platform. We can also customize the solution by writing our own code in it.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform stands out for its user-friendly interface, making it accessible even for beginners. I also appreciate how simple it is to create new conversations, as well as the integration of advanced LLM technology that consistently provides relevant answers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't encountered any issues so far. However, I think Kore could consider increasing the 50,000 token limit provided with the standard edition.

This has led to a noticeable improvement in overall contact centre efficiency. Additionally, it has contributed to higher revenue and greater productivity.
