What do you like best about the product?
Efficient order processing and amazing customer support - including an easy-to-use customer portal.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike in the service delivery world in which I work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Need for robust Azure connectivity.

What do you like best about the product?
We picked megaport over a larger competitor despite possibly not having as many points of presence as they were a lot more accessible and consultative.

This approach continued in live. If I raise a support request (sending an email) all my responses have been quick and by someone who knows what they are talking about (even helped me when the bug was in my code calling an API).

In terms of connections, we have about 30 of various flavours and points of presence has not been an issue.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not having something like a 'lights out' connectivity to the central firewalls is a little concerning.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows us to connect cloud, where we have traditional WAN connection requirements. we no longer have our own datacentres so megaport fills the gap perfectly.

What do you like best about the product?
We needed direct connections into our cloud deployments, and Megaport made this process incredibly easy. The deployment was straightforward. We have had our virtual circuits up for several years now and have had to open "0" tickets on them. This is very important to me as a Network Manager.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no negatives with Megaport. They have met all expectations.

Network Connectivity becomes so easy to configure and maintain

What do you like best about the product?
Megaport has been an excellent solution provider for our connectivity needs.
Their documentation is clear and easy to follow - every time I needed to provision another circuit through their software defined network portal, the step-by-step guidance was spot on. The contract term are also highly flexible, which makes scaling up or down convenient. On top of that, the pricing is reasonable and aligns well with the value provided.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not what I am aware of, nothing I don't like at this stage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connecting on-premises data centre to cloud was our challenge. Megaport's solution benefits us with the following points.
1. Convenient. As Megaport already has established connection between data centre and cloud providers, all we needed was to request a physical patch.
2. Circuit speed and contract is fairly flexible; we can either increase or decrease speed based on our business needs and not locked in a long-term contract.


We have been happily using Megaport services for various connectivity reasons.

Flexibility and scalability on services on demand.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can think of anything in particular. As a suggestion more self service troubleshooting tools for real-time performance monitoring would help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Control on the backbone network is helping us to create services ion demand and in timely manner.

Easy Peasy Installation

What do you like best about the product?
We utilize 2x services of Megaport and both were very easy to onboard. The instructions provided by sales rep and the portal itself is very easy to navigate and turn the services ON/OFF. The services work very well without any downtime till date. Awesome experience from first pse (sales engineer) call to deployment.
What do you dislike about the product?
No big qualms but if their first line of support is more technical that would be great. But, they have alternate way of calling in so that helps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have shopped for support for this cloud connect product with another industry leading provider but they were not of much help after several months of back-n-forth. When we approached Megaport, we were able to design and run the service within a month and a half's time (most of which was contractual procedures taking time).

Transformative process from a customer's standpoint - full transparency w/ quoting tool and pricing, self-service, scalability, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far we having had any dislikes w/ the service.

They have solved our HA and burstability issues across our global locations.

Megaport has always been a very simple to use product that just works; but with no compromise on quality or robustness.

it is not a dislike, but i would like a way to make sure that 2 VXC cross diverse path, end to end.

What do you like best about the product?
We've been using Megaport for several years and have never experienced any service disruptions. Their platform is reliable, easy to set up, and the flexibility of their service contracts adds real convenience.

Our account manager, Luke Dale, is always quick to respond to any questions and proactively looks for ways to help us save money and get more value from the service.

We're extremely satisfied and couldn’t be happier with the experience!
