Megaport; a friendly & flexible service
What do you like best about the product?
From the sales team to the account management team to the flexibility/speed of build, my experience with using Megaport has been a genuinely good one.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have negative aspects to include.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Megaport offer a fast and flexible network solution which solved our need for third party and business to business connectivity.
Simple and powerful
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate that Megaport is data center agnostic and has Points of Presence (PoPs) in a vast number of data centers. Their service is straightforward to set up and supports a wide range of use cases. The coverage of all major cloud providers, along with the bonus of free IX interconnectivity, is particularly impressive. We utilize their services wherever possible and are extremely satisfied with the results. Additionally, their customer support is prompt and easily accessible via chatbot, demonstrating a high level of organization and efficiency.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing could always be more competitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cloud Interconnectivity: Simplifies connections to major cloud providers, enhancing scalability and flexibility.
Location Interconnectivity: Ensures efficient and reliable connections between our locations.
IX Connectivity: Offers direct peering, reducing latency and improving internet performance.
Overall, Megaport streamlines our network operations and enhances connectivity.

Excellent support
What do you like best about the product?
Chat support on Megaport portal was outstanding and very quick. I highly appreciate the response to resolve my issue.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to have chat transcript email us automatically and cope paste options to add screen shot of the error as attachment cause some delay .
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Removing and restoring existing Azure VXCs.
Easy, quick and reliable
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use. The console is great and easy to navigate. Support is also responsive

Limited AWS configuration speeds, but that might be a AWS thing

We need a dedicated line from our on-premise DC to AWS. Megaport made this simple to implement. Migrating data to the cloud has been reliable and fast

Excellent support from James Stewart
What do you like best about the product?
We had a connectivity issue, since a couple pf days ago and our Eng David Kutler opened a ticket yesterday to fix the issue with no luck. Then today we had James Stewart and in less than 2h he was able to help us to fix the issue and get the circuit and bgp session between on-prem and the new mcr UP.
James Stewart has all the qualifications an Eng should have: do his homework, engage with customers to troubleshoot, listen to the customer and know when to escalate the issue.
We are very happy with his support

no issue to dislike, eveything I have to say is positive.

on-premise to clouds interconnection.
Agile and Flexible Network Solution
What do you like best about the product?
I found Megaport service is very easy to manage - quick deployment, transparent cost and quick retirement. The cost offering is also very competitive especially with bundling of Internet service from IX Providers.
What do you dislike about the product?
The physical connection would still be required to connect Megaport port to the IX Providers which sometime located at different data center. However, once the setup is done, it will work flawlessly.

Flexible capacity change (expansion and reduction), cost effective solution to connect to Clould providers and IX providers
Worked to setup Express router connectivity
What do you like best about the product?
Coordination, Team availability, Requirement Clarity , Planning, Implementation, Simple and easy to do setup on Megaport portal, Circuirt consistancy, Bandwidth, Latency, Alerting and monitoring and offcorse support as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that I can bring from my working experience.

Migration of existing express route onto new express route circuit seamlessly without any impact. Very smooth tansistion. Setup vitrual cross connect between our DC and Vendor DC. New express route connectivity setup
Speed to delivery and change control is simple. 90% orders with no issues.

Speed, clear actions.Easy access, responsive support.

Sorting of my ports is cumbersome (have to scroll down thru list of 22 ports)
