Great platform!
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the ease of logging in and seeing how the pages I own are performing and doing. Navigating is straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish to gain more visibility or training on how to utilize the features/tools G2 has put in place.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are hoping to increase our presence online and build a reputable name on G2.

Great vendor!
What do you like best about the product?
G2 is a great sales and marketing resource for our company. It provides lead generation and content as well as an opportunity to harness genuine feedback from our customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
At least for the program we are running, G2 requires a lot of internal resources in order to garner the full benefits of the platform. I believe it will pay off in terms of high quality leads/ROI; however, expect some time to see significant results.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
G2 is helping us better connect with both potential buyers and current customers with the purpose of increasing revenue and customer satisfaction.
Incredibly simple, but powerful tool to acquire positive customer reviews
What do you like best about the product?
Based on SatisMeter NPS, Advocately absolutely geniously helped us double the number of positive reviews in Capterra for just 1 month. We love personal attitude and great service. The system is easy-to-use, we enjoy UX. We look forward to bringing new reviews about Mailigen. Because review websites and reviews are one of the best traffic sources for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have nothing to say here. We are wishing good luck and future growth for Advocately.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It always was a problem how to get reviews in different review websites. We were trying to ask our loyal clients to write their feedback in certain resources, but didn’t get much from this experience.
I think Advocately is smart solution for any business. It is not limited campaign, you are getting positive reviews from your clients all the time and only from those, who rated our service 9 or 10.

What do you like best about the product?
-Reading feedback from customers has been amazing! We've been encouraged by how much people love Bonusly, and the reviews have had great ideas.
-Also, our onboarding specialist Anna was helpful, friendly, flexible, and responsive. I always had the information I needed and we got off to a great start.

What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like to be able to tag the reviews to identify common themes and export the reviews into an excel or csv. doc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's been helpful for sales, customer success, and product development. For sales, it lets us share the Bonusly experience with potential customers, customer success gets feedback about how happy customers are, and the feedback is helpful to guide product development as well.

What do you like best about the product?
Site is so easy to use - even for the most non-tech person like me! Also, G2 Crowd team is very responsive when you have questions or concerns and does their best to either fix the problem or get others from the extended team involved to resolve or come up with a viable and workable solution. One very nice capability is the widget tool. I love that it's embedded in the admin portal and it's super easy to understand and share. It's definitely something that I will use to help socialize the customer reviews.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would like to see reviews dive a bit deeper into the customer's usage such as use case. Also, it would be nice to have extended sorting capabilities such as region and use case.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It takes the headache out of having to ask and chase down customers to participate. Plus, because it's a 3rd party site; the reviews instantly have more credibility.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Provide a full assessment of what you need for your program and G2 Crowd will make it happen.
Very Useful Platform - Think "Yelp for Business/Enterprise Software"
What do you like best about the product?
It's a great resource if you're looking for honest reviews on a software solution. You can read through both the good and bad about a particular offering, so that you can walk into purchase decisions much better informed.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the company had even stronger brand awareness - several other colleagues in B2B haven't heard of the platform yet, so it will take a bit longer to build higher credibility/become the gold standard for reviews.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
You can self-research business solutions instead of dealing with salespeople. Even if you do end up going through a sales demo, you'll be that much more prepared and efficient with the time spent.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I think G2Crowd will be a key player in the future buying journey of B2B solutions. It would be smart to establish your presence early. They have a Freemium option, so it offers a great deal of flexibility for all budgets.
G2crowd is a must have for finding the voice of your customers
What do you like best about the product?
I've used G2crowd now for over 3 years at different companies and we continue to utilize them as a trusted vendor because of the ability to gather feedback from clients quickly and easily. By running review campaigns we can uncover what areas of focus we need for our product and how to identify new advocates for our programs. The grid reports also help us stay relevant to our competitors and the marketplace.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was more customization with the review questions and a way to provide ongoing feedback from customers that have posted reviews previously. Other review sites allow this and it would be great to have this feature added.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
G2crowd helps us identify new advocates that are big promoters of the Marketo brand. It also gives us direct line of sight for how we can improve quickly and stay nimble in a very competitive industry.
A good platform that will only get better
What do you like best about the product?
I think the Customer Success Management team is really accessible and helpful when I have questions.
What do you dislike about the product?
The system could be a bit more intuitive and cleaner for end users coming to look at reviews. You guys should get rid of that grid. It is confusing as heck. I am not a proponent of copy catting all the time, but on this one you could just take a que from Yelp or Tripadvisor in terms of how to present the best company in each category. A list view is much better and simpler. Also, I think you guys should better figure out the right companies that should be in a respective category. For us, there are people in our category whose primary product is not in our category yet they are able to rank higher than us in our category because they got more reviews in there primary category. It's a bit misleading I think for the end users relying on your site for reviews.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lead generation is what we use G2 Crowd for. We have just recently started pointing people to your site for reviews from our Paid Search campaign.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
SImplify. Also you guys should very quickly figure out how to better leverage the visitors data that you make available in your platform. As the raw data just sitting there it is not very helpful to customers but there is a lot that can be done with that.

We don't see a lot of people actually request a demo from our G2 profile page, but that is not unexpected.

We value an unbiased ranking of our software. We will refer prospective customers to view our ratings on G2 Crowd to validate their decision making.

I've appreciated the opportunity to get honest reviews from our customers. It's opened up the opportunity to hear their feedback and also showcase our value to prospects.
Additionally, I've loved the customer support I've gotten from Mark! He's always been incredibly helpful, friendly, honors his commitments, and holds me accountable for getting our campaign done!
