What do you like best about the product?
The minute we signed up we got full attention from the on-boarding team. Training was efficient, follow up were great and that led to awesome results.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have much to this time. We have been on the platform for few weeks only.

What do you like best about the product?
Their onboarding was thorough, efficient and effective! We appreciate the quick replies to our questions and continuous support during our onboarding process.
What do you dislike about the product?
Traffic isn't directed to our website as well as Capterra.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Brand recognition is key for us when businesses are looking for an Ethics & Compliance platform to meet their needs. We understand that you can't do that effectively without partnering with companies like G2Crowd to help extend your reach.

What do you like best about the product?
This site is really great - we are getting a lot of benefits. We have reviews coming in, we're getting leads and I'm validating where to focus on improving the product. G2Crowd really works better than I expected!
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd have to defer to my Marketing Director - but sales, customer success and product get a lot of value from what we hear real time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. We are getting leads by companies that review our AI for Sales solution - our prospects are looking to solve problems with sales forecasting, pipeline inspection, and opportunity coaching while making it easier.
2. Our product group gets feedback on how to improve the product
3. Customer Success gets feedback on how to improve our experience and how to improve adoption

Best Onboarding Ever

What do you like best about the product?
The onboarding process is the best one I've ever been through. They helped us get up and running from basically no presence to High Performer in a few weeks time.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a lot of different categories that have to be done before you get traction. Not bad. Just time-consuming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to get in front of more people who might be on the Salesforce platform and are looking for Project Management solutions.

What do you like best about the product?
Both Ryan and Kristina were a pleasure to work with - patient and thorough with explanations, and with call follow-up emails. The thing that makes G2 Crowd stand out is its vendor portal. Other sites don't really have anything close to the feature depth that G2 Crowd has.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really couldn't say. I've enjoyed using G2 Crowd's Marketing Solutions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Well, it's just really helped to bolster our review base. Obviously, G2 Crowd is one of the big players in the market so getting more reviews is key to standing out.

Great marketing intelligence platform that's growing fast

What do you like best about the product?
Flexibility to adapt to our goals & needs. The G2 Crowd team has taken the time & effort to talk to us, understand how we can get the best value out of their platform and give us options that work well with the goals and needs of our business. Although their price points for the different offerings have gone up significantly over the past year, we have been able to get options that fit within our budget. The platform is easy to administer and manage (with an automatic integration to Salesforce that works great for us). The review process is straightforward for our users to follow and the G2 Crowd team is again very helpful in working with us to facilitate review outreach campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the more advanced offerings pitched to us at different times were not fully baked and required manual integrations to have them set up. Also, I think customers can benefit from finer filtering criteria and better validation of contact info in the lead generation offerings (for instance, occasionally last names or phone numbers are incomplete or missing from leads that get passed to us).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
G2 Crowd is the review platform of choice for our customers to share their experiences with our company & product. We also use G2 Crowd for marketing intelligence & competitive analysis in our space and for lead generation. The quality of leads from G2 Crowd is high as it is based on some level of evaluation/buying intent.

What do you like best about the product?
The Implementation Specialist I worked with was fantastic - diligent, dogged (I can get distracted), and full of excellent suggestions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing yet! We've gone live, customers have submitted reviews - it all looks good so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This is still a bit speculative - I won't know if problems have been solved for several months. The problems that I hope it solves include brand awareness, search visibility, and social validation.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Be nice to your implementation specialist - and listen to them.

What do you like best about the product?
The G2 Crowd directory and review system allows us to see how our customers feel about our service, and let's visitors see what options are available. G2 Crowd staff is attentive and very helpful getting our profile in place quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything was likable - on-boarding and set-up was simple.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Raising visibility of our mobile advertising services, and gaining insights into how our customers feel about us is valuable. Neutral third-party validation is helpful for anyone researching which partner to use.

What do you like best about the product?
Having a platform like G2 that allows prospective customers of Leadiro to easily search for B2B data providers and not only find us but also get access to insights from our customers is really great. The platform layout makes it really easy to compare the market place quickly in an honest and transparent way. I also found the on boarding process very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Feedback from some of our customers was that they struggled to redeem their vouchers. I think G2 can work a bit of this to make it easier to redeem the rewards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Brand awareness. G2 is helping Leadiro to grow its presence online.
