Great customer support
What do you like best about the product?
Besides being a great platform to build credibility and trust for a brand, G2 also offers quarterly reports that our team are yet to discover (but very much looking forward).
The best thing about G2 though is their team's amazing customer support and service. Our customer support manager Michael Lydon is not only incredibly quick to respond with valuable advice and guidance regarding our questions, but also proactive in reaching out to us himself offering new ideas and support on how we can leverage the customer review collection process and build our profile in the most effective way. Always friendly and available for a chat, Michael sets a standard for customer service across other platforms that we engage with.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes reviews (especially video reviews) take longer than expected to get past moderation and become public.
The platform offers a lot of marketing and promotion opportunities, which is great but can be overwhelming at times. This requires the necessary level of platform understanding to define priorities as well as additional resources (for a startup of our size and stage) from our team to allocate to the platform, which is often hard to find or specifically dedicate to.

As a startup in a highly competitive market, it's important for us to credibly prove our innovative approach and other differentiators via our client reviews on G2. Together with quarterly reports and badges, it helps us build trust amongst new leads and across different marketing channels.

Excellent leads generator to boost our SaaS business
What do you like best about the product?
The tool is straightforward to use, and I can get a lot of insights from profile visitors. The fact that you can see when they visited our site and G2, says a lot.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike anything about the tool; I think you are continuously developing it and releasing a lot of new features. When starting to use the tool, we had some change management-related issues, like how to get started internally. Now we are up and running, and with the support from G2, we are really improving.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We get a better knowledge of how our prospects gain DAM insights before connecting with us, which is really helpful for our Sales Team. Also, it's an important marketing channel for us; we reach out to relevant audiences that are in the process of buying a DAM.

What do you like best about the product?
You can trust G2! They ensure that the responses are reliable, so it's one of the tools I trust the most!

What do you dislike about the product?
Not much but, the categories not always align with market trends and changes. SOmetimes it is not clear if G2 goal is to help us or to drive traffic to them :/
When customer commetns got rejected due to the us of AI how G2 handeled it wasnt ideal. None English speakers will use AI to help the but it does not mean the comment is not authentic. We needed to do damage control infront of our customers dur to several unexplained rejects.

The problem of ambiguous falls-recommendations throughout the internet.

Great CS team, powerful tool!
What do you like best about the product?
The buyer intent tools - these are particularly useful to our BD team, and even to marketing when profiling our ICP.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not a dislike but it would be super handy if we could connect buyer intent signals with Slack.

We're able to receive real-time alerts on who's looking at our profile, who's comparing us to a competitor and more.
Excellent Support, A Great Platform
What do you like best about the product?
The G2 team provide excellent support and have been a great help in securing our new reviews and badges.
What do you dislike about the product?
When we started on G2, it seemed we got a new account manager every other month (all extremely friendly) it was difficult to build a relationship, but, now it seems to be more stable and we have great communication with our current managers.

G2 Marketing Solutions helps us to generate important feedback from customers, and empowers us to utilize our reviews and data to understand our products standing in the DPA space.

What do you like best about the product?
G2 is easy to manage and offers loads of functionality to let your brand shine. I love how easy it is to set up incentivized landing pages to reward customers for their feedback. Beyond generating reviews, G2 provides strong competitive intelligence & research reports and comes packed with powerful marketing integrations. The ability to create reference pages and competitor comparisons is also very powerful and valued by our sales team. Finally, the G2 team is super helpful and knowledgeable!

I would love to have more options for exporting reviews to run analyses.

G2 helps us capture and leverage the voice of our customers, letting them tell our story for us. Additionally, G2 provides us important insights into how the market is developing and helps us better understand (new) competitors.
Simple, intuitive and empowered by a 10/10 team!
What do you like best about the product?
G2 helps me to have a very good market overview. From a product admin point of view, it gives me valuable insights into my product. Great way to identify advocates as well. From a user standpoint, is. The best place to find the right tool to equip my team with the right tech stack. The CSM team is also amazing. I had the pleasure of working with Jade and Jasmine and I only have good things to say about both.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much I dislike about G2, the platform works great. It would be great to have a more complete overview on what are the missing pieces that could be affecting product performance - for example showing that our online presence was not strong enough this quarter, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Identify advocates. and reach out to them. Have compelling quotes to use on our website, and social media and understand the perception of the market in certain Industries.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the intuitive dashboard. Important metrics are at your fingertips, and most of what you need is readily accessible. I also love the team. They are responsive and really take the time to work with you on achieve better results.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although there is access to many metrics, it would be great to have a better overview of performance in ALL categories rather than having to view the data for one category at a time. It would also be great to have some comparative reporting and a build-your-own report feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using G2 to demonstrate social proof and to build brand awareness in markets where our competitors usually have the upper hand. We've also brought in a fair amount of revenue directly from our G2 product page.

The G2 platform lets us collect honest reviews and display our product features in one place. It has proved to be very powerful for our sales team.

The website is completely unusable on mobile when logged into admin mode.

What do you like best about the product?
G2 Marketing Solution provides us with a platform and tools to authorize us as a leader within our field, as well as giving us one of the best channels to capture high intent prospects.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't really see any downsides with using this platform. The results all comes down to you as a user.
