Increased Reviews in One Campaign

What do you like best about the product?
I like how G2 runs the first campaign to get the profile off and running. We increased reviews by a few hundred percents from where we started in just one campaign.
What do you dislike about the product?
Dislike the tasking process of verifying a review. There were a few reviews we felt were legitimate however, were rejected because they were not able to verify they were a customer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Wanted more customer and user validation to promote within the sales and marketing process.

A great way to boost visibility

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to get great reviews quickly. We went from 2 reviews to 34 within the first few weeks of joining G2. The platform is really easy to use in general so far.
What do you dislike about the product?
No strong dislikes so far with the platform
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having customers review your product is some of the best marketing you can get. We've been able to increase our organic visibility and show potential customers more reasons why they should use us.

Excellent Product and Superior Service

What do you like best about the product?
My company had been using the free version of G2 and had maxed out its capabilities. We investigated a paid version and the rep I spoke with was personable, informative, and fantastic. He helped us through the entire process and made it easy for us to make the decision to pay for G2. I never felt pushed or treated unfairly, and they went out of their way to give us a great experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I can think of that I disliked.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're doing more to get the word out there about our company.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I can't fully speak to the effectiveness of the product yet, but the free version has done wonders for us already. I expect paying for additional features will be even more effective. The service I received was incredible.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoyed working with the G2 team. They were very responsive, willing to help and worked to create a seamless process for us. We got a lot done in a short amount of time because of their work.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of a specific downside for us personally, but I would caution people to consider G2 only when you have the time, energy and resources to commit to it. I thought our process went quickly because (1) the G2 team stayed on top of everything and (2) because we were committed to the process. I would advise teams to have a point person and champion for it in their organization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are now able to hear from our happy customers on a larger scale. We have a relatively unknown software solution that is incredibly beneficial to our current customers. We love that we can now share their experiences with a larger audience.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Assign a point person, have clear goals, follow the plan/process G2 has in place, ask questions and ensure it's the right fit. Companies will not get the full value out of G2 if they do not put the time and effort in on their end. G2 does great work, but they cannot great something out of nothing. Potential customers need to understand that they will need to do some leg work to see the full benefits of the program. We've been lucky to have a great team on our side!

Great onboarding process

What do you like best about the product?
As new to G2, I found the established on boarding process to be superb (and something our business can learn from), The key touch points are sequenced to match our experience and progression through the product and I found that every time we had a series of questions (after doing some of the work), the next G2 meeting was around the corner.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far...we are early in the process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are trying to both provide validation for our prospective customers as well as gain new awareness and leads via the G2 platform. We have already seen results in the first category (people we speak with are turning to G2) and hopeful for the latter.

Perfect and unbiased partner

What do you like best about the product?
Our partnership with G2 helps us to showcase the experience our clients have with iDeals. This way more potential clients can feel confident when choosing iDeals as their VDR provider. We've already seen a spike of interest toward iDeals page and we now have more reviews coming in.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much. The platform is more or less straightforward and onboarding helps too
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The review process is more streamlined now that G2 is distributing the incentives, we are capitalising on the reviews that we have for other marketing purposes outside of G2 scope. And we're getting more pageviews, able to track the interest and conversion better.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Do all the onboarding sessions. It really helps to break down the interface into digestible parts

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to edit product profile
Ability to run review campaigns and extend gift cards to clients
Buyer intent functionality is popular across sales and account management
Dashboard to see activity at a glance
Acquire new references when clients write review and opt in to learn more
Easy to create custom online reference pages
Our contacts including Kylie Foo and Brett Butterfield are great! Kylie is a very reliable CSM. She is smart, knowledgeable, super friendly, and responsive.
What do you dislike about the product?
I plan to ask our CSM, but I don't believe there is a good way for us to share the positive comments from reviews on our website. They do have the review snapshot widget, but it is not very configurable i.e. it doesn't really work on our website. Thus, we are not able to share the good review using them as social proof on our site.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By investing more into our partnership with G2 Crowd, more clients now have the opportunity to share their experience using Cornerstone. This is very beneficial for their HR peers, especially when companies are actively looking for talent management software.

Amazing Support Team!

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoyed collaborating with the G2 team as an on-going basis. They are very supportive and helpful. They want us to succeed so they follow-up quite often. When I have questions, they always reply in a prompt manner!

As for the G2 platform itself, it is very simple and easy to use. The analytics are very helpful for our marketing strategy for our customer retention and reaching out to new opportunities. It offers a lot of different options to promote our organization onto the G2 page.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside about G2 is the Buyer Intent "recommended leads". Thus far, we haven't had much luck reaching out to the right person.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using G2 Marketing Solutions to increase our brand awareness, to help our sales team get outbound leads and to receive inbound leads as well.

We have increased the number of reviews (more to come) onto our G2 page, increased our page's traffic and increased our level on our product list.

What do you like best about the product?
I loved the onboarding process as our representative was very attentive and helpful in showing us how to get the best use out of the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
It may take a while to see results and I question the authenticity of some of the reviews.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem is brand awareness and exposure to a new audience, the benefits so far have been inclusion in industry reports and increased SEO.
