Ιncrease the recognition and trust of your potential and existing customers as a good review from a customer now equal a huge online campaign.

I like Marks's supprt and creative ideas on how to improve our G2 account

The fact that the data is too small to be used in campaigns as we don't have enough traffic on G2

What do you like best about the product?
Extremely helpful and responsive. Open to communicating in our preferred software e.g. Slack which makes communication fast and effective. Always gave me the best advice and explained every little detail
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. These guys are impossible to dislike, professional, friendly and helpful
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use buyers' intent in our sales process, also our presence on G2 and earned badge helps us to show credibility to our potential clients. Being present on the grid report also helps

The level of support and attention to detail from our customer success reps during our campaign

Nothing to note so far. We've only been working with G2 for a relatively short amount of time but so far it's been a very good experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Building our presence and credibility, particularly in the U.S. market

What do you like best about the product?
The reports at the end of each season which give you a good overview of how you are doing versus your competitors.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've heard from clients that there are a bit too much requirements to write a review. Maybe you could change this or change the way that you ask questions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives us more social proofing and helps us get a higher CTR in the SERPS.

What do you like best about the product?
I work in marketing and G2 is extremely helpful in gathering reviews that can be repurposed as social proof elsewhere on our website and social media. I particularly like the badges, reports, and grid, which directly compare our company with competitors.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have nothing against G2 as such. Everything's working well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it to gather and promote social proof. Customer success is a big part of what our organization does well, so it's important for us to highlight and contrast that with our competitors. G2 makes it easier.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like G2s intent data, where I can track what companies are reviewing our space (Customer Success), our peers and competitors and us specifically. Great insights and quite actionable for our sales teams. Also helps having to stellar CSMs supporting you every step of the way (Mark and Henry).
What do you dislike about the product?
We are very happy with the way G2 is working for us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
G2 marketing is helping us identify early in the funnel what companies are looking into our space. This helps us in connecting with the company early on in the buying process.

What do you like best about the product?
G2 Marketing Solutions helps potential prospects to learn more about your tool. As a user, it is also a great tool to find software and identify its benefits/weaknesses quickly.
The G2 team is always willing to help and give us some more insights on the different tools available to us.
What do you dislike about the product?
If a user creates a new review, the old one will be erased automatically (I would prefer the tool to ask us to choose between the 2 reviews).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Everybody always tells me that G2 is a reference when you need a new tool - here is the benefit!

Great product with lot of integrations and really good support

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing for me is the intent data, being able to see the companies viewing your profile or researching competitors is brilliant. What sets G2 apart from other intent platforms I've used is the integrations and the support from our CSM and AE.

The way that G2 has integrations with Salesforce, LeanData & SalesLoft means it perfectly integrates with our tech stack, meaning we can create rigorous processes for the leads we get. We can also easily create social audiences to retarget those visitors, removing the manual work is a real game changer for the data we see come in.

The support we get is also far above what I've experienced before, the team always brings ideas to our monthly calls to help us get the most from the tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
I want more ways to segment the data in buyer intent signals/notifications. Having tags for things like B2B & B2C would be a positive move in segmenting the data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Generating a new source of leads actively looking to buy our product or our competitors. The badges and widgets are also incredibly useful on landing pages, social ads and more.
