What do you like best about the product?
It gives us social proof. It is great to be able to pull quotes and to search by topics on what we need.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's impossible to control the content but that is the game you play when you ask for unbiased opinions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides an effective way to demonstrate to prospects that we have satisfied customers. Additionally, it offers insights into our position in the market, helping us better understand our competitive standing. This information is also valuable for investors and other stakeholders, offering them a clear view of our performance and market relevance.

What do you like best about the product?
Intent Data is super useful for prioritizing accounts and Badges are also quite cool to use in our website (they also create the script to create the landing page) and in our stands when we go to conferences. Also, the Customer Success Team is excellent!
What do you dislike about the product?
Difficult to find something very negative but sometimes it's difficult to find what you are looking for on the platform because there are too many features (but I guess for someone else this could be very positive).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me understand better which accounts are more relevant to us

What do you like best about the product?
I love that G2 provides clear visibility into how we compare to competitors and the valuable feedback we receive from customers. This feedback is crucial as it helps us continuously improve our solution and elevate it to the next level. Additionally, the scores and badges we earn enhance our ability to present our solution more effectively to prospects. There are many options available, which can be overwhelming at times, but the upside is the excellent customer support from G2. In our case, Jade and Mark have been incredibly helpful, offering practical advice and tips to help us maximize the platform's potential.

The menu feels a bit clunky, and it’s not always intuitive or quick to find what I need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
G2 provides us with valuable third-party validation of how our platform is perceived and the value it delivers to our customers. This external proof strengthens our credibility and helps us build trust with prospects and existing clients.

I like G2 because it provides detailed analytics reports that help my organization understand the value of the software we use. It also offers tools for engaging with customers also allowing us to connect with potential customers and industry peers.

Somehow G2 is costly for smaller businesses and user generated content is valuable.

G2 offers valuable data on customers preferences and competitors performance this help our organization to understand market trends and user requirements , The enhances our online presence and help use to improve our offerings based on actual user experience.

G2 really knows how to do well in the marketing game. as a user they attract the right user to review and no, they are not wasting no one time.

What do you like best about the product?
Our time using G2 has been great & has really helped grow our company. Our Growth Relationship Manager, Zack Barangan, is the absolute best & we feel so lucky to have been able to work with him! Zack is personable, professional, and super knowledgeable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing recently went up, which hurt a bit- however, G2 is willing to work with you to find the best options that work for your business.

G2 has helped our company by providing better visability to potential customers looking for business solutions.
Fabulous support from knowledgeable teams, but still disappointed with grid
What do you like best about the product?
The two folks I work with (Julianna and Olivia) are fabulous. They take the time to listen and help me to make the most out of our G2 subscription. They provide thorough follow up and spend time on calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
The way that categories and grid placements work make it tough for solutions with smaller user bases to make a fair showing. Our automation enables extremely small teams to handle work that would require much more headcount. As a result, we have only a couple users for each of our customers. In this way, we can't compete with some of the other products in our category that have many many more users per customer.

Having a G2 profile gives legitimacy and the ability to showcase reviews is valuable.

So many features are paid, and also the software which is paying more will be listed higher in the list regardless of the reviews count.
The review process is very long for our customers, it would be much better only to ask a few questions (like what you like / dislike) and make all other fields optional ...

What do you like best about the product?
Everyone I speak to, thinking to Blake, Stephanie, Dominick, Jarrid and most recently Tabassum, are careful and accurate in all their interactions with our company. 10 out of 10.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wouldn't mention this, except being asked to finish this recommendation. Tiny little thing, I was confused when trying to change my company description.

G2 is an essential tool for Procurement teams
What do you like best about the product?
G2 Marketing Solutions is an essential tool for Procurement Organization when we meet with Operation teams to strategize about upcoming renewals/potential new software/hardware we plan to acquire. G2 gives an accurate competitive picture of potential solutions, and is a great first step to determine alternative solutions that our Operations team should explore. We found that information on competitors is very accurate. As a procurement leader of 10+, I have successfully used G2 as a one-stop shop to determine vendors that could best solve a particular software or hardware challenge.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing comes to mind. I really appreciate this tool.

G2 Marketing Solutions helps me understand all of the potential software/hardware vendors that our teams should consider for a POC so we make an appropriate commercial and technology solution selection
