Great for performance tracking
What do you like best about the product?
It is a very useful tool to analyse how all the technical aspects of a project are going

It is very, very expensive. Especially for a small team
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helped us finish our project quicker, by objectively showing the exact areas where my inexperienced team was struggling

What do you like best about the product?
Nothing. I can see why no one has heard of this program. It is awful
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything. It's slow, it has limited features, it's expensive. This is why I like TechCalc100 Engineering Software better

I mean, we're doing out best, but this program is holding us back a lot
Great for Data Driven Teams
What do you like best about the product?
GitPrime helps with confident decision making regarding team performance, and it helps me do it much quicker. I don't have to rely on larger or abstract mechanisms OR just my intuition. I love that it gives me coaching opps to do a 1-1 with someone on my team.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I could set goals with notifications/updates, that would be tremendously helpful.

What do you like best about the product?
Story points and ticks are not always enough to judge project progress. This tool really makes progress visualization appealing and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Most of it is already good, I believe it is still in the development stage and will improve on its loading speed soon

Use it to manage and maintain the speed of the project. It also helps me divide and visualize the work of each individual in each project.
Great analytic application for software development.
What do you like best about the product?
In terns of software engineering, the way this solution handles data and metrics is impressive. I love that it has the ability to highlight the work pattern, view recent patterns and organizational mappings
What do you dislike about the product?
Only thing I could see as an issue would be the fact that it's extremely tedious at times to track metrics and can be really expensive for a small development team.

What do you like best about the product?
Quantifying work is made a lot easier than how we were doing that in Jira. We decided to utilize some metrics like TT100 productive, daily check-ins, check-ins per day etc... and used those to quantify a monthly bonus to incentivize the team toward better more consistent practices.
What do you dislike about the product?
- Support for Jira could be better

We wanted a better view into how the team progressed. The team has complete buy-in which has led to better estimates overall.

It's easy to test so might as well give it a try, you'll likely appreciate it as we have.

What do you like best about the product?
The detailed data and reporting across multiple code repositories allows for an unprecedented view of engineering activity. Hard data is for the first time available to support the impact (or lack of impact) of engineering cultural and process changes. Ability to look at things from a 10,000ft team-wide view down to a single contributor.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a learning curve to interpreting the data. Ideally some of the charts would be able to show longer time frames at once, and outlier removal settings would be customizable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use the software, among other things, to ensure our team is productive, new team members are ramping up as expected, and that code reviews are being conducted.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Monitoring GitPrime allows you set up "New Relic" like monitoring for an Engineering Team. If as a result of using this product you get one developer back on track, or part ways with a bad apple you more than recoup your costs.

What do you like best about the product?
GitPrime helps bring visibility to Engineers who are somewhat stuck, hitting it out of the park, and helping others among other behaviors.
What do you dislike about the product?
Correlating the insights with the solutions being engineered would be ideal. The tool reports code behaviors but those insights are disconnected from tickets, themes, and other business initiatives.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
GitPrime helps Engineers better understand how their behavior impacts their performance.
The only tool that really allows you to measure productivity
What do you like best about the product?
The metrics really reflect the productivity of the team, over the las 18 years I've using multiple tools and this is the only one with metrics that are not abstract or very hard to match to reality.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing, it is the only reason why I'm not using it right now. It is not related to its quality, but as a 15 developers software development company ( and having frequently contractors or customers accessing the repos) we cannot afford to spend the same amount of money we pay for the whole dev support tools (Jira, Confluence , Tempo, Bitbucket, Slack, Invision, Adobe Cloud, Opsgenie, etc ) on a single tools.

Measuring developers productivity on global distributed team.

Give it a look, if you can afford it, it is a really useful tool and provides data that really reflects the reality of your team.
