Very good user experience in a great software product!
What do you like best about the product?
Queue-it is easy to use and manage and that is to say because of the number of features is has! Even when Im not fully integrated in the implementation I head from our datacenter team that the implementation was easy and straight forward. When having problems you can easily use the very accessible and always helpful customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is actually not much to say that I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Queue-it is helping is managing the very high volume of customers in high OnSale situation.

Very quick to implement ahead of surprise marketing campaign...
What do you like best about the product?
Very strong technical support team provided real-time support over the course of several days to get us spun up across 9 countries and different websites.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not the strongest support on Cloudflare integration. It was possible to follow the documentation and guides, but certain features were broken by implementing the Cloudflare Workers

What do you like best about the product?
Not enough good can be said about the team and their services. Dei'Aye fought hard to get my business, and I'm glad he did. Patrick and the rest of the implementation team was fantastic, their customer support was next-level, quickly integrating everything we needed. The whole set-up was easy and seamless. Our customers were thoroughly satisfied we the experience, as well.

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to say here. Everything was positive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My company has been selling products through massive pre-order campaigns (1 million+ clicks in the opening 10 minutes). Our servers struggled to keep up with the traffic, causing frequent crashes during launch in previous campaigns. Queue-It's services completely mitigated the problem, allowing for a smooth and easy launch.

What do you like best about the product?
Amazing customer service! We are a small local Company in Hawaii. We were always interested in a waiting room feature for our website and found Queue-It when researching solutions. I was unsure if they would help us because our Company is really small and uses a website hosted on Squarespace. However, Tim from Queue-it said they work with global Companies to small and local family busineses. Onboarding was really easy and Megan from Queue-it helped us get started really quickly and very responsive whenever we had questions. Could not be more happy with the team from Queue-it. We are still learning the software but it has already solved a major point point for our customers. Highly recommend you giving them a try!
What do you dislike about the product?
Since I am not an expert technical user, I have difficulties implementing more advanced features of the software. For example, we use Squarespace Website and Scheduling to manage our website and online appointment system. During our initial test, we realized that some users were able to bypass the queue because they were already on the website before the Queue-It waiting room was initialized. Our representative from Queue-It suggested looking into Ajax scripts to solve that issue. Unfortunately, there is not much documentation online at Squarespace or Queue-It that walks us through exactly how to implement that solution. We may need to hire a contractor to fix this issue at a later point.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our office opens online appointments to the public semi-monthly. We have about 20 appointments available each window but about 100+ people trying to book the appointment at the same time. We have gotten lots of customer feedback that the system is unfair for individuals who are slow at completing the checkout process. By implementing Queue-it, we have gotten customer feedback that the process is fairer for everyone. Because the queue is random, everyone who tries to book an appointment has an equal chance. This was the biggest customer issue we have. As we learn more about the software, we will continually tweak it to delight our customers.

We can view the inflow and outflow as we adjust the backend related to inventory and review orders.

Robust and dependable online queuing service
What do you like best about the product?
Queue-it is relatively simple to use, given its flexibility, its product enhancements are regular and invariably positive and easy to get to grips with, it is a robust service that conveys a feeling of fairness to our customers and the Queue-it customer support team respond very quickly and always with solutions to the issues I raise.

I'm sure there is more that I could get out of the product but a lack of time is holding me back.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Initially, Queue-it was implemented to protect our website infrastructure from spikes in traffic caused by online events. Increasingly it is used to ensure fairness for all our customers when we put relatively scarce tickets on sale, and its robust dependability demonstrates to our customers this fairness. We also need to make and test changes to our website in the run-up to these events, and Queue-it's queue-jump link allows our team to test that everything is ready for the opening of each event.

What do you like best about the product?
I just wanted to say thank you so much to your team and all the folks that have made this quick implementation a possibility for many of our resort customers. It’s been a wonderful experience working with you from our perspective! You have been beyond available to answer all my questions, train us up, meet unreasonable front end styling timelines, and hop on 2 hr calls with customers when needed. I have been so impressed with everyone at Queue-It and greatly appreciate your constant friendly, helpful support and partnership as we get Queue it rolling. Without your support and guidance we wouldn’t be able to give our resorts peace of mind around selling high demand winter products, so thank you greatly!
What do you dislike about the product?
Updating the order on the actions page is a pain - would love to drag and drop. It's been more work than we originally expected to explain /document queue-it and the safety net vs pre-queue, how to calculate thresholds and get designs ready for each queue page than expected. We also had a lot of problems with known user, but that was our development's issue that we still haven't sorted. I think if I went back I would have worked with Jeff to get a standard queue it page where we could swap out the logo, text, colors, img and fonts and then just ask resorts to send us those things, then have them to text themselves.

Queue-It gives our resorts peace of mind as they launch highly desirable outdoor winter products in this tumultuous time.
