We have a really great experince to share with amistacx customers. We have 20+ websites on Shopify and we are not happy with their support and reliability.

One of the site we have is making over 5 million dollars a year and one day they just closed down the site and no reason is explained.

we have 600+ product options on our product page and without ramjet loading time for our product page is 9 seconds. So I talked to Amistacx support and they recommend us to use Ramjet module which is developed by amistacx, and miracle happened our product page is loading in max 400ms, it was never this fast even with Shopify this is really big achievement for our us and our business.

StarFlare is their another great module, it replace the Elasticsearch engine for your catalog search. And we get results in less than 250ms we have 20,000 products in our catalog.

During our customization we had so many issues and Amistacx team was onboard always to help us and they got our site backup and running on Magento in very short time.

So being with Magento 2 and having great support team from Amistacx, we feel very safe and we have control over our websites . This is what we can’t get from Shopify and results are just awesome with Magento2 our sales are already increased by 60% and we are now moving our other Shopify sites to Magento with Amistacx.
