What do you like best about the product?
The easy integration of VPN services with watchguard firewall and the push feature in app.

Sometimes the validation process is very slow causing to the timeout.

Initial setup was simple, works well
What do you like best about the product?
The initial setup was very simple, the documentation was very helpful with that. So far we have used it with our Watchguard VPN and are also using it with our internal documentation software, its simple and works well
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing yet we have had great luck with this. We hope to see new features added as the product evolves

We have been able to recommend this as a second factor of authentication to our clients that have perhaps had security issues in the past to help them feel more secure

There are audit logs for system and user activity but reports could be improved

Nothing. The product is totally liked because is perfectly to our requirements.

This solution is the best solution on MFA. In my case, the app with Face ID is the best security solution on iPhone. Easy to deploy and low TCO.

It is a product for performing multi-factor authentications and is completely cloud-based. Very powerful and it supports many external integrations. The service allows synchronization with external repositories such as Active Directory or LDAP. The interface allows you to know the authenticated users and also to create expiring accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
The product is still little known and deserves greater market penetration.
