watsonx.ai offers client protection and provides various models
What do you like best about the product?
The points identified as advantages for using watsonx.ai are the variety of models, as we can choose between models provided by IBM or we can use our own model. In addition to the variety of models, watsonx.ai offers client protection, as IBM supports the models developed by it and protects against third-party intellectual property claims. It also features an intuitive interface for training, testing, and deploying generative and traditional AI models.
What do you dislike about the product?
As generative artificial intelligence is still at a very early stage, commercially speaking, I have not yet found any negative particularities in watsonx.ai.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using the tool for a series of tasks: summarizing documents, classifying sentiments, and the ability to answer more than one question within the same interaction, as traditional intelligence would not be able to do.

Token limit exceeds very quickly to perform tests
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Speed in the process of testing the usability of a model, in a very simple way, it is easy to create a model to understand if the adoption of AI in a certain process is viable.

What do you like best about the product?
Watsonx.ai is a comprehensive and focused platform for implementing artificial intelligence. With an easy-to-use and self-explanatory interface, it provides important information not only for implementation and use but also for transparency and trust in models, especially in the corporate world where it is very important to have transparent AI tools. The support team is also always ready to respond to requests and assist with the implementation of solutions and integrations via API.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, we haven't encountered any aspect of the platform that has been lacking. As it is a very comprehensive solution with various possibilities, it takes some time to get to know and become familiar with everything. Therefore, we are using and testing it frequently, with the help of the local support team, to increase our mastery and knowledge of the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are implementing on various fronts, from integrated use with virtual assistants to integration for creating solutions for reading, understanding, content extraction, and sentiment analysis of documents, texts, and files.

The most helpful feature of IBM Watsonx.ai is its capablity to understand the command and response given given by it almost the same what i wanted

I dislike like its advanced features like real time notification and detailed is only available in paid version

I am software engineer so i have write very long and confusing codes but with the help of watsonx.ai i can give the requirement to it as a command it can give the logics as well as code and with help of this i can attach it to my codes.

No bad expirience happend yet. Sometimes it get slow . and have to restart services.

What do you like best about the product?
We use it to respond to customer service concerns from our FAQ database, which covers a wide range of topics such as payments, online banking, necessary paperwork, etc. It is capable of retrieving data from our database and displaying it in an understandable and conversational way manner.
What do you dislike about the product?
The quantity and quality of data greatly affects its performance and I find the user interface a bit complicated with limited customization options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can safely say that the main motivation for establishing IBM Watsonx as part of our new AI projects was to reap the fruits of strong data science.

Watsonx ability to automate AI processes is what best about it. It is far more useful than GPT.

Setup and configuration is complex specially for the user who is not having understanding of AI Development.
