Lambdatest stands apart in ease of Software testing. One tool that made difference in our QA.
What do you like best about the product?
LambdaTest is a cloud-based testing platform designed to perform manual & automated cross-browser app testing against multiple browsers, operating systems & devices. A vast collection of browsers and devices is very helpful. Real-time console & execution logs (terminal & network logs, test run video, commands, and exceptions) are accessible in a single dashboard and automatic report generation is really helpful for the team.
The geolocation testing feature enables testing on 60+ country locations and regions and that helps us to serve customers from different geographies.

What do you dislike about the product?
Slow performance specifically in case of geolocation testing is one con that we felt can be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ease of using multiple browsers, and devices are really helpfull for us.

What do you like best about the product?
I’ve had a great experience working with LambdaTest as a manual tester. The platform is fast, user-friendly, and makes cross-browser testing super easy. I love how it lets you test on so many real browsers and devices without any hassle.
The interface is clean, and the features are straightforward—no unnecessary complications. Plus, the support team is really responsive and always ready to help, which makes things smooth when any issues pop up.
Overall, LambdaTest has made my testing tasks faster and more efficient. Highly recommend it to anyone in the QA field!

What do you dislike about the product?
The support team is helpful, but response times during peak hours can be a bit frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For me, as a manual tester, it saves a lot of time and effort. I no longer need to maintain multiple browsers or devices—everything is available on the cloud. The platform also helps identify UI and functional issues quickly, making my testing more efficient. Automated screenshots and real-time debugging features are an added bonus, speeding up the review process and helping me meet deadlines smoothly.
I use it for my work at cvent, I work as an application support engineer.

It includes all the latest models and versions, which greatly aids me in troubleshooting.

One aspect of LambdaTest that some users might find challenging is the occasional lag during cross-browser testing, which can impact workflow efficiency.

It helps me resolve technical issues for clients by allowing me to test the necessary software and mobile app settings effectively.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helped us to test our mobile apps on various OS versions. The developers and testers could prove the os compatibility and solve issues related to different screen sizes and os versions without the need of real devices.

Smart UI feature - It has threshold feature to set as per our preference.

AI should be integrated to Smart UI to test different language versions of the same website.

What do you like best about the product?
The number of options with respect to devices and the supporting OS makes it a great choice, especially at the price point which it delivers it. There are a lot of features like using dev tools while using real device testing which helps developers debug any issues that are on phones as all the sites need to be by default responsive in nature.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a bit slow sometimes, If this improves then it can be considered amongst the best out there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem of understanding how each screen looks on multiple devices with varying screen size, OS, behavior, Limitations. This helps us improve the User experience by delivering a consistent output.

We have a Mobile application and we needed LambdaTest for testing purposes so that we can reduce our Software Development Lifecycle.

What do you like best about the product?
LamdaTest is an easy to use product and uses an intuitive design to guide the user. It uses real machines to help the user test cross platform. It has a really good free quota which helps smaller business too. The customer support team and the other teams are really responsive over email and will help on a quick call anytime you need anything.

Nothing to dislike I guess. LamdaTest is really awesome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LamdaTest is helping the QA team test the software fast and deliver it to the client with full confidence.
Lambda test has been amazingly useful to our team to test our app on multiple devices
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to quickly switch devices and get started with it. You can even test for new beta versions of android.
What do you dislike about the product?
Simulators for beta releases aren't completely reliable.

We use Lambdatest to do end to end testing on mobile apps and it solves our needs to test on different devices with different sizes
Very helpful service
What do you like best about the product?
I needed to add an upgraded service to my subscription but did not need the service for more than a month. Nithyananda was very helpful in assisting me in adding a single month of upgraded service to my existing subscription. It was easy and now I am able to to fully test the bug I was getting on a real device.
What do you dislike about the product?
The emulated Iphone does not have a full Chrome browser and the Bug I was getting is IOS/Chrome specific. I did have to upgrade to Real Device testing to debug the problem, however, being allowed to add only a single month of testing is fantastic because then I am not shoehorned into a plan I don't necessarily need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am using LambdaTest for testing a webapp on IPhone because I do not personally own an Iphone and apparently my Iphone using client is getting a lot of bugs I don't see on Android.
