perfect to test

Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use and fast support response. Also a lot of integrations

A bit slow at some times. No browser version selection on mobile devices.

What do you like best about the product?
Extensive browser coverage, Visual regression testing, I think LambdaTest is a powerful and versatile cross-browser testing platform that can help developers of all skill levels ensure the quality of their web applications.

Very good product but not honestly customer support
What do you like best about the product?
LambdaTest is an essential tool for testing new layouts or user reports of a non-functioning interface. It helps quickly verify a user's report on the exact same browser version as the user has.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes very old browser instances do not work correctly. However, despite this, it is a great support in our daily work at the company.

LambdaTest solves various problems related to browser compatibility and website testing. By providing access to a multitude of browser versions and operating systems, it helps us ensure that our websites and applications function correctly across different environments. This is particularly beneficial for identifying and fixing browser-specific issues, which can be challenging to replicate otherwise.

Would highly recommend for All Device Testing
What do you like best about the product?
I have used a few device testing companies for our ecommerce website and have found LambdaTest the most uderfriendly and affordable. Customer support was helpful too.
What do you dislike about the product?
The subscribtion suited our limited time we needed to test, with options for a monthly testing account which was perfect. It's our go to device testing bit of kit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Testing all aspects of our ecommerce store.
We used LambdaTest for testing out our application on real devices
What do you like best about the product?
We tried to identify bugs and issues on different devices which we were not able to reproduce on emulator. Good coverage of devices made it easy for us to identify and fix device specific issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
We tried to use real device testing for Android TV but we were not able to do so because it was still in development phase. Hope ot use it soon in future.

Many issues are not reproducible on emulator or we get reports from market around an issue on a very specific device.

Using Lamdatest to manage functional tests
What do you like best about the product?
I like it because it is a space where I can better organize my tests, whether manual or automated, its interface is simple and I have the possibility of subordinating responsibilities in a simpler way without explaining much. To this I add the power of its SDK for integration, which has worked wonders for me in the development of my projects. Its implementation is also simple, it didn't cost me much to do it that's why I preferred it among several. This is a tool that can be easily used on a daily basis, I like its reports.

What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that there are simple functions that in my opinion could provide an option for those of us who cannot afford it, I understand that it is your business but this could give you free access to some tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
More than a solution, it has given me an order to my tests, an order that I haven't had for a long time and that has helped me in making decisions. If I have to choose a solution, I would say that it is in ease how I can make decisions.

It helps me to check some stuff on the old browser plus devices. Also helps me to debug faster and very effective way.

What do you like best about the product?
That you can get a general idea of a websites view on different devices. Easy to use. Customer support side in Squarespace is a great option since we can provide customers the URL to try it out. I frequently use it.

There is a number of features which we would't use.

That you can try different devices to get a sense of a site display.
A great testing tool for web and mobile
What do you like best about the product?
We value Lambda because it enables us to test our mobile apps on real devices so we can check video recording functionality works as expected. It's also fantastic for testing our web apps on a wide range of browsers.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's so many features sometimes the UI can be a little confusing, but nothing serious.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to test recording functionality on new and legacy devices, specifically Android.
