Confusing interface (just look at the navbar), burned through the demo credits unexpectedly,
What do you like best about the product?
Potential and comprehensive features (mobile/realdevice/browser)
What do you dislike about the product?
The demo/trial just felt unpolished/confusing and I think I burned through the credits without even knowing how (I was just figuring out the interface). And paying $20/month or whatever it was not worth it for me.
I think it also would have helped to be able to test on small things first - I don't need to test on 100 devices/browsers - just 3 to start off would be fine, and then I can broaden it out if required, I think this is how I burned through all the credits so quickly.
It's been ages so I tested this so my memory of what happened is pretty vague.

We were just trying to experience what our patrons and users would see while using our software/web experience. You can never truly tell how a webpage will come across until you emulate the environment.
