What do you like best about the product?
Providing the cross browser testing features which reduces the time and resources of out organisation

I think you should be provide some testing part free to engaging the users

Good Tool for Testing
What do you like best about the product?
It gives an app for tunneling for local testing which is importent for me
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing comes to mind now. A bit slow but I don't think it can be faster.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to test on multiplule real devices and browsers.

It is great for testing native apps without the need for physical devices and it is very handy.

We have used a Lamba test for our project to do a mobile app automation it's very good to use for the testing.

Subscribition rate plans should be some what reduced means it will be helpful for your users.

Manual mobile app testing takes a time and also Manual we need to capture the mobile app screen using another mobile app.

Not a lot. Some times application is little slow .

Comprehensive Testing with Room for Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate LambdaTest’s feature set for desktop testing, including Responsive Testing, Network Throttling, Screenshot Testing, and IP Geolocation, which make cross-browser testing straightforward and efficient. The Ease of Use and Developer Tools are great for quickly debugging issues, and the Ease of Integration with tools like Selenium adds to its versatility. The responsive Customer Support is also a huge plus, addressing questions and issues promptly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I did encounter some challenges, particularly on mobile. Apple Pay Support and GPS Location were unavailable, limiting certain testing scenarios. Switching between mobile browsers felt cumbersome, and I experienced URL loss on iPhone when switching between browsers, which disrupted workflow. Additionally, I received an error message when trying to Mark as Bug due to a credential issue, which impacted efficiency. Finally, local testing didn’t activate in desktop mode as expected, which was a setback for some tests. Overall, LambdaTest offers powerful features for comprehensive testing, but addressing these mobile-specific and bug creation issues would make it an even stronger tool.

I like that LambdaTest has the ability to run tests on real devices, emulate various network conditions, and mimic geographic locations. It helps improving testing accuracy, and helps ensure a higher-quality product for the end users.
It has been a good experience overall get a lots of realtime devices to test.

Loads of devices we get to test from, virtual as well as real.

only issue is it becomes inactive after sometime.

Super useful and powerful
What do you like best about the product?
I really like that our company can test the software over mulitple devices, OS types and more. Was really good to be able to see everything visualised on the devices too to see how it would all run.
Also really easy to use all the time without having to worry about device charge, so can be used more often!

Can be a bit slow at times, and it doesnt often like iOS 2FA, the texts dont alwasy get sent out
